These guys shouldn’t have grilled him for his decision so hard. His choice who cares why, big problem when people don’t have empathy when others state they need a mental health break. Responsible decision and piss poor reaction on what he’s going to do with his life. Guy took this well but doesn’t help his head in the end. And he’s saying sorry because they put him in that position. No wonder people struggle with mental health problems. People Judge and try and make sense of others lives when it doesn’t concern them. Sounds to me like he rode Steve too hard and didn’t compensate his comparably to his efforts. That in addition to being overworked leads to burnout.
