Hi Chantal! So we use this hutch as an outdoor play area and we also have one inside (our pet rabbits are free range and we keep their litter boxes and food / water in the cages so they have them at all times. For food and water, we use these products: For pellets and hay: amzn.to/3lBirz4 AD For water: amzn.to/42CCxcM AD We have both of these connected to the front of the cage facing inward so our rabbit can use them. Both have hardware that allow you to connect them to the side of the wire and hold them in place. Definitely find out what your rabbit has been used to beforehand as we have had rabbits that preferred water in a bowl - which can be messier but some rabbits don't love the hanging water bottles. I hope that helps!
@@Queen_Conspiracy thank you for the advice!! This isn't her main house, she is a free range rabbit - this is just the cage she uses when she is out on the deck with us, usually in the evening and that is just a tiny bit of hay that we keep on top of her liter because they like to have it near their food for some reason. My hubby is a veterinarian so our rabbits are spoiled :)
Oh gosh, I'm not sure - our bunnies have never jumped up there but I definitely think they could if they wanted to. I wonder if you could put something above it to prevent them from jumping off the roof and over fence? This is such a great hutch, we leave ours with doors open at all times so they go in and out.
@@rogueplanet13 that could definitely be a factor- especially where we live - but ours are never out unattended, unless they are in covered areas. We do have a net over our little grass kennel area, and it was like $9.99 on Amazon
Oh no ... did you contact them? I can try to reach out to them if you can't but I'm pretty sure they'll respond. That doesn't seem right, I haven't seen them do that before.
Hi! Our rabbits live free range in my daughter's room, so I don't show that... however we found several useful videos when setting up for our bunnies. The cage you are seeing along with another similar cage are out on our deck for their free range time outside when we are out there with them. We have owls and coyotes where we live so they are never outside unattended OR with the cages closed. Also, what you don't see is a food and water station that is also on the deck but not in a cage. Again, there are a lot of other great free range videos on TH-cam that are super helpful and helped us in setting up our spaces for our rabbits. Hope that helps!!
I do think so, especially if you give them other options (they can get out an play or have a play yard) We used this as a pen for our rabbits on our deck but they also have a free range room inside. I think rabbits will enjoy as much room as you give them.
@@kadencerobertson5556 if you watched the video and read the description you’ll see that our rabbits are free roam rabbits that live inside. The outdoor hutches are just playtime hutches on our patio ☺️
Hi, love the hutch! I’m just learning how to set one up. Where would you put his water bottle & pellet food? Thanks!

Yes very helpful! I’ll be doing this exact set up for our new bunny :)
@@chantalbevi01 awesome, please come back and give an update, excited to hear about it!
She needs way more hay than that.

Hiya. Is the lower roof high enough that my bunny can't jump on top of? just don't want it to try escape from fenced in area
Thank you

hi, can we have a free-range rabbit tour?

Is it enough space for 2 rabbits?

No
They shouldn’t be out side in a hutch
