Did your cooler come with two cords?? I got one chord but it’s seems kind of short and when I plug it in the ps5 I had to pull on it a little just to plug it in….or maybe I didn’t push the right side in far enough? :(

Yes it came with two cords. Also yes make sure you push the frame all the way in (I didn’t know it could go further into the ps5 too lol)

Make sure the cord is in the right slot and its fully on then hit the fan button, it should auto turn on once plugged in
