Assuming 250,000 units deliveries in year 2024 and an average price of $60,000 per vehicle: 250,000 units sold x $60,000 usd (avg. price) = $15 billions. THEN 5 times sales = $75 billions market cap (note: not including sales from battery swapping and other software leases, upgrades and purchases) NIO at end of today's session has a market cap of $25 billions usd. So, by 2024, it should have 3x from $25 billions to roughly $75 billions usd market cap. i.e. from today's $13-14 per share to roughly $40. NIO is a strong buy.

NIO is building an amazing ecosystem for the near future, they are definitely here to stay and take over the EV/tech market. Long term investor here with 2325 shares at an average of 23.45; The vision is 2030 and beyond. I could see NIO at minimum $80 a share by 2030. Lets go NIO, to the moon🙏💯🚀💎

once Nio stops building factories , they will sky rocket , 1500 swap stations ( no free swaps) 24 million battery swaps so far , if you have a choice to buy an ev with a battery , or an ev where you can swap the battery , its a no brainer . Fast charging degrades the battery . THIS is what makes Nio different .

@@rogergr5019 well i think you’re 100% wrong , swapping makes perfect sense , once the infrastructure is fully in place , it will be like putting fuel in your car , the only thing that will improve , is the time to swap the battery , i believe eventually it will be 30 seconds . Remember , $20000 tesla charge to replace a battery . Or go with Nio where you never have to worry about that . Its a no brainer , and Nio will be number 1 world wide
@@rogergr5019Of course, batteries will improve, but it doesn't matter how good batteries get. There will always be degradation, and there will always be some batteries that fail. Having the choice to remove the battery in a matter of minutes at a swap station has many benefits far beyond just replenishing the energy in the pack.

They are biased very clear! Would be good to see such analysis with a comparison of valuation with Tesla and other US EV stocks that sell at much higher than Nio. How much would Nio stock price be if revenue goes up to half of thatt of Tesla and company turns profitable with decent profit margins? They don’t mention that scenario and the analysis shows an upside of max 35%! Folks buying this stock have 10x potential in their minds but they don’t mention that ofcourse because they are value investors and who ever follow themm will stay poor forever! I bet they were against buying Tesla prior to profitability in 2019. They should learn from Jeff Bezos when he said that best investment decisions are not done relying on data and analysis but on gut feeling. I own 100k shares of Nio and I’m certain of a 10x gain within 5 years

Here's my thoughts on the 3 big cruise lines. Buy them when the price is low, keep averaging down. Hold out until you have a good return, sell, and start the process over again. Rite now cruise lines are overvalued but in time they'll again be profitable and worth hanging onto for the long haul.

@@garydavidson1731 CCL issued a ton of new shares during covid and took on a ton of more debt, so when you buy a a share of CCL your owning a smaller slice of the total pie, but I did buy CCL and own a good amount of it average cost for me is 9$ will continue to hold for. While

Great conservative take I have taken the time to research 300 plus hours on nio it's planning and research new cars coming, partners in making all cars, battery swaps, nio house, nio designers, nio phone to connect to car. To much to write ,do more work and you will understand the long term vision it will take 4-8 years to see the sales go exponential growth.
What do you think of xpeng, I'm thinking of either nio or xpeng,

NIO just got rid of the 1.0 platform cars and they’re transforming to all their 2.0 platform cars that they all started selling this recently. The last six months Neal‘s sales have been terrible but by the end of this year they should be selling 20,000 to 30,000 cars a month.

Last year Nio spend so much money improving the new platform and making new ET5, ET5 Touring, ES6 and soon ES6 Coupe which are way better and direct competition to Tesla Model 3 and Y. Nio now can relax and start selling these cars like hot cakes in China and Europe and slowly invading into Tesla markets. The massive cash burn is behind us now.
BTW, Nio is designing and building another factory for sub $25k cars that meet Euro and US regulation expecting Nio to start introduce these cars in 2025.

Nio is one of my high risk high reward positions along with sofi. I have a good position size in both. Im not gonna lie I bought some nio in the 50s but I bought much more between the $8-10 range. That being said I will wait for it to get to $1 during the recession. High risk high (possible) reward baby
Also Indias growing population of millionaires will be buying up nio cars along with the Chinese of course

Wow! You price it at $9.40 at the middle of assumption growth.
Personally I love Nio compare to RIVN or LCID because they make awesome products at reasonable price and base on automotive reviews Nio cars are far superior than Tesla for same price and compatible models.
Nio is here to stay for years to come and if they hit profitability Nio share will be easily 3-5 times baggers.
China economy is tanking, negative news are daily on China. Chinese equities market are rubbish prices currently but don’t forget they are world 2nd larges economy and when they turn around they will be huge gain there.
BaBa and Nio are my only two stocks holding at current prices and I love it.
As an investor I don’t let politic influence my decisions. As for Nio they are not entering US market yet due to that reason alone or maybe they are not yet ready to build battery exchange to preserve capital and network of customer support.
Nio is getting bigger in Europe and ME before it entering US anyway. China alone is a lucrative market for EV and they need to win there first. Sales has been down dramatically in 1Q of 2023 maybe because the new cars are entering the market and buyers hold off for it. We shall see Nio sale numbers soon. But at penny for a dollar valuation here, it’s an easy buy for me. In fact I hold massive position on Nio now.

As for Europe, the EU are not as racism against China as US market. EU depend on cheap and steady supply from China. They can’t grow without China support anyway.

Nio is making full EV with battery swap ideology which could’ve be much cheaper to buy without battery and subscribe to their battery swap. If I lease the car, battery swap make sense and cheaper and faster at the charging stations. Li auto turn positive cash flow last couple quarters hence valuation higher today. However when Nio turn positive, their stock will be 10 times baggers. It’s extremely cheap here.

Been a Em software user for a long time now... I would like a vid on How can you use the custom pillars in the software to show possible potential and or keep a eye on levels with in a company that isn't making money yet. Being able to use the custom screeners to find and maintain companies that are more risky will create even more value for the software.

I used a huge chunk of my savings buying NIO at the hype. And then I stumbled across your channel and realized what a huge mistake I made. At this moment my portfolio is in 30% loss cause of NIO. 😞
Take it as a learning experience, hopefully your young and still have decades to invest before you retire
Nio has a great product with options that set it apart from others. I also have a good size position that's in the negative but I do not regret it at all. Hold tight and just make sure other investments are not so risky. Keep balance and sleep soundly.
@@danbrown7224I did the same, I'm 26, took it as a lesson to do your own research and never buy in to hype. My average was literally $60 something at its peak, I've dollar cost averaged it down to $19.00 over the year.
I’m in at 1000 shares with an avg cost of 10.50 dollars a share and it still went lower I’m holding for at least five years just lock them away and forget about them for now
I'm getting on NIO right now. The company is breaking into the EU market slowly. Give it time. DESPITE tesla, EV, and China EV are just starting to be bright in the stock market.

Many new investors are more like gamblers. When price action is already past the moon, they're thinking it's going to the moon lolll My Fiancée and I had NIO at it's lowest around 1.88 four years ago and sold on the way up, bought back again in the teens and sold on the way up, always keeping a small position long. We both sold out after a while, I bought back in at around 28$ and still have a small position of around 2% of my two portfolios since I sold 75% of my position at over 16$ when it was falling again over a year ago at a loss (overall I'm breakeven with all my transactions) and not intending to buy more until it picks up again.

I think you guys are missing the bigger picture Nio isn’t just an ev manufacturer 😅 you only used figures to evaluate the stock price not all of the news out what they are planning and where they are really heading in a premium ev market. I don’t understand why they compare Nios to teslas doesn’t correlate at all
Of course Tesla grew why faster in terms of delivery they are pioneers in the ev market they didn’t have any competition!!
NIO isn’t just a car play but really is an energy company that sells cars. The CNOOC partnership is proof of that.

There is 6 major points you guys left out on the Nio story: 1. Nio is not an average EV company: no other EV company builds 1000 swap stations a year… epic cash burn, 2. Currently all Nio vehicles are high end and expensive…in 2 years they will have two lower cost battery swappable brands. 3. There swap stations are becoming a backup to the Chinese power grid where they will sell power back to the utilities that’s revenue you guys are not mentioning. 4. Other Ev brands are adopting Nio’s swap tech that will be more revenue also. And 5. Nio has a simi solid state battery battery that give you 650 miles on one charge. And 6, all of the mentioned above 5 points, Nio does not currently market any of those achievements on a grand scale to the world because they are still building out the infrastructure like an Amazon/Apple/Netflix type company.
NIO is awesome for trading, love it for that.

Before you do a presentation on a company, you should probably know what you want to say instead of showing a guy bumbling around on a computer. Also, you’re not doing your research since NIO is a niche luxury car company. Research the product itself in addition to the financials.
