    These would make such elegant Xmas tree ornaments, if done w/ Christmas colors. Or a focal for a macarame wall hanging.

    Oh it looks so nice. I don't have this size bead yet but for sure I'll make it. Think I would continue with adding a fringe of beads or maybe thread to make a kind of tassle to turn it into a bag charm.... Yeayyyy! Congratulation again with the birth of your baby-boy! 🍼👶🏻Big hug, V-L 💖

    Beautiful Kara!! Have you tried to do this with even a larger bead inside? I would love to try this as a small Christmas ornament but would love to know the numbers to start with.

    Try a red and turquoise color way. Create a bracelet. Is the beaded bead too heavy for earrings?

      They are a bit heavy for earrings

    Very nice! I checked and the store isn't open. That bead looks great, I just don't have that size, I'll have to wait till the stores open again.

    Thanks for sharing this Kara. You are a good teacher. Very beautiful!
    You asked for suggestions, so how about adding a beaded bail to one end so you can turn it into a pendant to hang on a beaded rope. Then you could do a video on making the beaded rope that this could be hung from!! If you want to keep the weight down, you could use an 18 mm wooden bead. (Some folks have a hard time wearing heavier pieces).

    I love your beaded beads but I have a question which probably has a very simple answer! The end beads on some of your designs have holes that go perpendicular to the hole that is going through the beaded bead itself. How would I link two or three beads together if the hole in the end bead is going in the opposite direction?
    Thanks for any help you can give me with this!

      It’s not a bead but rather a charm. I will eventually make a tutorial on things you can do with it 💕

    Do you design your tutorials by a pattern or by the seat of your pants?

    • @KarasBeads
      @KarasBeads  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Definitely as I go along. I usually start with combining some colours and different size beads and see where that takes me 😊

    Very pretty! I like the idea of a tassel as others have said. Also I think it could be a pendant but have it lay on it’s side, pearls facing to the side not up and down. Also a very neat idea for a keychain fob. Just a thought
    I hope you and the baby are doing great. 🤗 Did you have a girl or boy?
