It was expected that the view would be osm. From Panache Tower it was always a half view of lake, Merlin covers the entire lake and sunset which looks osm.

Really awesome view from flat and as well as non polluted place . But only two amenities are there swimming pool and community hall

No Dhapa is far off... But in every honesty we do not stay here. We live in BLR
I almost bought a flat here on tower 4 with a deck. It was love at first sight but backed out once I realised that this place does stink a lot at times because all this water people are going gaga over is actually whole Kolkata’s SEWAGE water!! It is advertised as 1000 acre natural water body which is a lie. This water is sewage water which is naturally purified here in this network of ponds and finally used for fishing
