    • @ainsleybaker132

      Hi! I’m in first year. Believe it or not, I have a friend who stayed in Leblanc and there’s not as much French as you would think! Since it’s a bilingual university, you’re gonna have French speaking people in every residence. So yeah no, you don’t have to only be in leblanc, you can choose to live wherever!

    • @ainsleybaker132

      Hi! Off campus residences (45 Mann, Annex and Hyman-Soloway) are a twelve month lease meaning you do stay there over the summer. I'm not completely sure on all of the residences, but most off campus residences allow you to stay there all four years if you choose :) here's a link to uottawa's housing info to help your searches www.uottawa.ca/housing/compare-residences

    • @ainsleybaker132
      @ainsleybaker132  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you so much!💗 If you’re a Canadian citizen it’s usually around $3500 a semester for tuition (not including a meal plan or residence) and international would be $18000. If you search “uottawa fee calculator” on google, there should be a link to show you exactly how much each program would cost you depending on your situation.

    How to you get into 90u

    • @ainsleybaker132
      @ainsleybaker132  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      All you have to do is apply... keep an eye out in February for the date that residence applications come out. You can usually only get 90u if you apply on that first day that applications come out. You'll just select that residence in your application and you'll even be able to choose your exact room!

      you can choose your roommate by requesting on your application to be in the same room as someone (filling out a residence application) OR by choosing the same room at the same time when you're applying (using the "book now' option). there are residences dedicated to upper year students, you just wouldn't be able to be in 90u or any of the traditional residences. The application usually opens up mid February, so keep checking the uOttawa housing website until then! www.uottawa.ca/housing/
