Isn't it a way to try and improve the Driving Skills of the people of our nation since most Class2 drivers were not that good when it comes to driving class4's.. plus trying to copy wth what other nations are doing so our people havazonyadzisi or kunyanyotambura when they go out there..

It may differ how one checks their blind spot,, but it's very important tha u check blind spot every time ua turning,, and it's something that u'll penalized for, if u don't check them
