@@rhetorical_thinking I assume when Stu was introduced as an Animatronic that can do stunts, he kept getting into alot of accidents. Causing the workers at Starr Park to have to repair him constantly. Clearly they eventually gave up repairing his voice box. Since Starr Park is shown to be pretty cheap at what they do, they're probably only fixing the vital stuff, and keeping the less important things broken. They just stopped caring for his voice box which is why he sounds like that

Hey I want to tell and encourage everybody to find Jesus Christ and start living for Him. I was an atheist refusing to believe in God because it wasnt logical. But God revealed Himself to me and now i for sure know that He is real. All it takes is just a prayer with true faith and God will reveal Himself to you. If you want just call out to Him wherever you are and just trust that He is also there with you. This is your sign from God to turn to Him. You may never have another chance and also it doesnt hurt you to give God a chance to reveal Himself. God bless you and remember He loves you unconditionally ❤️

they said in a brawl talk that stu was created to test starr park's attractions but people loved seeing him crash so they decided to turn him into a brawler, maybe he is just damaged
@@rhetorical_thinking I assume when Stu was introduced as an Animatronic that can do stunts, he kept getting into alot of accidents. Causing the workers at Starr Park to have to repair him constantly.
Clearly they eventually gave up repairing his voice box. Since Starr Park is shown to be pretty cheap at what they do, they're probably only fixing the vital stuff, and keeping the less important things broken.
They just stopped caring for his voice box which is why he sounds like that
