Any idea how many floor these buildings would be? Video says it's 18 and builder sales person says it's around 10-12 floors.
@@swapniltambe1233 This is more of experiment from Panchshil to see if office spaces gonna work out in Wakad or not. They will first finish one building and trying to lease it out. If they receive good response then they will immediately start constructing other towers. I don’t think whole IT park will be operational before 5 years that too provided firms shows interest in that locality.

Some huge construction is going on in this land parcel but I don't know if it is EON Park.

It will be developed phasewise. Current kharadi eon it park took almost 10 years for completion.
