- The suspect in a gruesome murder case made his first appearance in court Wednesday morning. Colin Czech, 29, is accused of killing another man and eating the victim's face at a bus stop on Las Vegas Boulevard near Charleston Boulevard around 5 a.m. on Sunday, April 28, the 8 News Now Investigators first reported.
It doesn't matter if he's competent or not, he doesn't get his freedom back, end of story.
He would be out in 7 years in Canada
