- Let's build a 'junky' journal together! I don't know about yall but my junk stash keeps growing daily and I needed to figure out what to do with it. I was 'saving it' for later. Well...it's time to use it up!
I encourage you to build this 'junky' journal along with me - using what you have available - and put today's junk into it. Plus, I have a few more suggestions on how to add items from your growing stash, too.

We don't get much junk mail in the UK just a little these days.
I understand! ☺ There are other ways to get paper for your journal. Here are a few: magazines (maybe a friend or office would like to donate to your creativity), pamphlets, menus, maps, cards (birthday or Christmas), or even catalogs. Use your imagination!

The original idea for this type of junk journal is from Tangie Baxter. This is how I made my very first junk journal that I ever made, starting in 2011. Seeing this video reminded me of it, so I pulled it out and am reminiscing those days of my life that I documented back then.

Yes, it's small but growing slowly. I had to take some personal time off from most of my social media. Life happens! 😉
I use the inside of the security envelopes for collage. So many pretty patterns inside those envelopes
