This is very confusing to me because I had heard weeks ago that the DNA on the pizza crust was already matched to him. The Suffolk County Police Department waited for him to put his garbage out at home, they took the garbage and got the whole families DNA samples from water bottles, etc. which is how they were able to match the wife’s hair on the victim’s bodies. Now they’re asking for his DNA again? This makes no sense.

He's in jail, and will likely remain forever. But right now he's an innocent man. He gets to argue through his attorneys that the DNA warrant isn't appropriate - a Judge will weigh both sides and make a decision. We don't just hold down innocent people and jab them for blood just because he's in a cage and its easy... This is the US. If the Judge rules the DNA swab is OK, they will get him down to the medical wing and draw his blood. But they're not just going to hold him down today, just because he can easily be cornered.... Under American Jurisprudence prosecutors can't force you to witness against yourself...they can take samples from his personal items but can't compel him to provide it to them voluntarily...

That was part of the reason they were able to link him to these crimes. I suspect that if she has gone to see him, and in the first few days he had refused visits from reporters, it is only because they have children in common, one of whom has special needs, and I believe she is divorcing him while she can still get something out of it financially, before the civil suits come and strip him of everything

Remember that he got arrested because of a DNA on the pizza scrap, but the problem with that is, that the investigators don't know if he was discarding that pizza box for someone else or if someone else had pizza from that box. If they have his DNA from the box of the pizza, why do they need his DNA again? They collected a lot of what they called evidence but so far, they don't even know how they die or where they die, and they found nothing in his house and more importantly they don't have a confession. he doesn't have to provide his DNA because he cannot be a witness against himself and if they take it while he is in custody without his permission, then is a violation of his constitutional rights.
