Wheeler is probably the only character who's carol doesn't feel like singing at all, and feels like an actual musical composition. That's why it's so great in my opinion, it is very unique.
Why is that a good thing? It should sound like a voice because it's simulating a voice. "Uhh, her voice is unique because they didn't actually bother to make it sound like a voice at all." What? It's amazing how much people lack appreciation for clever/thoughtful artistic themes. You're like "Fuck your themes, just put noises in my ear that I enjoy." Lmao, it's so fucking depressing.
Wheeler's voice is incredibly unique compared to the rest of the cast and the fact that the carol emote works so well for her amazes me, I doubt she'll get added unless she gets lucky like wormwood, but it'd be cool to see for sure.
in retrospect, wormwood getting added to dst has nothing to do with luck. wormwood comes from the moon, which has an important role in the story of dst. and we did get the things that make wheeler special into dst for other characters. her gun as walters slingshot and her dash with wigfrids dash. so i doubt she will get added. they did the same thing to wilbur with the addition of wonkeys.
They we're adding 1 character from each DLC, from Shipwrecked it was Warly and from Hamlet it was Wormwood. While adding Walry over other Shipwrecked characters was an easy choice, choosing Wormwood over Wheeler must've been not as easy
For those who will inevitably ask: there is a mod called "Hamlet Characters" which...adds Hamlet Characters. Shocking, I know. So yes, you can play as Wheeler in DST!

Can be Woodie He is better than wes? Yes, but wes is a "for tryhards", while wilson is "recomend to new players

Wonkey isn't a playable character, the player turns into him when they get 10 cursed toys, yet you still can't select him from the beggining. Аdding Wheeler, though, could be a good idea, as long as they nerf the whatever-shooting gun
