Bruhhh I'm not the only one who went "Cruisin" that's what we called it in downtown Madison when we'd go hurl obscene insults at people, many people chased us and the game was to not get stopped at a red light. Such a good time 😂
I listened to this one on my phone while I was working on something, but I came to the video to see the Minneapolis KIA boys clip, and to tell CJ to get an AmazFit watch (GTR 3 Pro or similar), way cheaper than an apple watch, the battery is nuts, and it can track 150 exercises. I know the name sounds like some cheapo knock off, but the quality is actually really good. 😂

Poison ivy actually only appears where the skin directly touches the oil. So you can’t spread it from your skin but you can spread it if it’s on clothes and you touch that. For Ben, take a blow dryer and hit the rash with hot air, it will itch like crazy for a second and then burn (when it burns, take the heat off). This will get rid of the itch for 8-10 hours and will also dry out the rash. Do this twice/day for a few days. When I do this it goes away in only a few days
I know a few companies that give rewards for being healthy through an app. Cboys should do that!

Ben next time you get posion ivy put some gas on a rag and just pat it on the area. Not the best but the gas drys the oils out almost instantly next day you won't have it
