In this video we are showing you how to remove and replace the little tail light that is located on the trunk lid on Hyundai Santa Fe Second Generation from 2006 to 2012. It is the same procedure for the left and the right tail light. We demonstrated on a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe.
If you just need to remove and replace a light bulb you might not need to remove the tail light but it is very limited room. If you try to remove the reverse light bulb you will need to remove the light. All you will need to remove is 4 nuts with 10mm socket or wrench.

Thanks for the video. They have to design it for maximum difficulty it seems. Just a little more finger clearance and you'd be able to change the bulb with no disassembly at all.

I just want to replace the plastic outer lens. it is cracked, but the tail light assembly is fine. Just need the red outer plastic cover. Where do I find one?
