i'm not sure she does this at every show, but at the Palladium in Massachusetts USA they did, and it was so cute watching the reaction as the young woman (she was younger than this one) looked out and realized how many were watching her--I'm sure she'll always remember it.

Even if Sharon was a jerk (and she's not), this is still brilliant and endearing and the sort of thing fans love. More bands should do this sort of thing.
