Do you recommend staying away from a plugin like WP rocket for the purpose of doing minify CSS / JS? Also WP now is standard with lazy load, and we want this, right?
There's nothing wrong with plugins that boost performance, so if you see value in using them, go right ahead and use them! Some of them can be very helpful. And they can do a lot of little things for you that wouldn't make sense for you to deal with manually. Like minifying CSS, for example. And those little things can add up and improve performance. When it comes to lazy loading, it's a good feature as well. It just means that parts of the page don't get loaded fully until they're necessary, which can make the website load faster. 🚀
