I’m glad they were able to give you the brushes ! You make great videos on brushes and comparisons. ! I love the look of the walnut and black Matte handle. They look really aesthetically pleasing to my eye and I decided to get 4 out of the 6. My favorite would be the fan m and I had the sculpt two and decided to get a backup with the new lovely handle . I use it for contour and bronzer but I do like a heavier hand on it. I skipped on the fan l as I have the original sculpt one and I don’t really use it as much nor the sculpt four. I was excited I was able to ge the soft buffer as I missed out on that one

Yes! Even shorter videos with like- here what you need to know about fan brushes, or stipling brushes, etc or these are brushes I use for 3-4 things, etc vs maybe an hour long brush tour…
Fantastic video! I dont have any of the original fundamentals. I think I’m going to start with the fan A & worker L and the buffer. I also want to get another lotus fan/foundation brush before they’re gone.

I think it depends what you want to do with your fan brush. I like them for the following: L - powder M - light blushes A - under eye clean up Sky - highlight

I did not get the initial fundamental set. However, I wish these were in the red lacquer. I really love those handles. They are so luxurious and I love using them on my clients. I will get these but individually. My only disappointment with Sonia’s brand is the lengthy restock time. If you don’t get them at launch time you run the risk of never getting them, by the time I started collecting many of her brushes were out of stock and never restocked so I never experienced some and I think that’s the let down with her brand. I try now to get the brushes as soon as possible but that’s not always a reality as such the brand can seem a bit elusive to me. On a positive though the finish I get from my personal application to my client’s application is very beautiful. I just wish I could purchase when I am ready and not always have to be hassled, since I purchase my makeup items on cash and not on credit.
Yes I understand about the restock time. I think they have been doing a better job of restocking since the initial launch though. It is tough that they sell out so quickly though.
lolll sorry i was fast forwarding the video because my youngest is napping and i want to get through it once quick and then later take my time... and i fast forwarded to part 'omg there is a bug on my face' and i was like whaaaaa?? loll thanks for the awesome video! i ordered the soft buffer and the big fan L and can't wait to play with them
You might like the Sonia G Sheer Buffer which can give a very sheer application, otherwise I would recommend something very soft such as squirrel hair (Surratt or Kyureido Kiwami are great choices) or a brush from the Chikuhodo FO line (my favorite is 4 because it is a very versatile brush but if it will be exclusively for blush, the 3 is also a good choice).
It can be used for that but I don't think it is ideal. It is a little bit too big imo. The Worker L is better suited for setting under eye makeup imo and it has become one of my most used brushes for that and for highlight.

It's tough!
This is the first set that hasn't interested me. I like fan but only use for highlight, so for me personally the rest of the fans are redundant
I completely understand. The Worker L though is a nice new shape imo.
