      Nope. I don't say that. Is having the distinction between the Northern and Southern Kingdom is a replacement theology. So if it is Replacement theology so God is also a replacement theologist for giving this distinction in his words.

      Matthew 12
      At that time Jesus went through the grain fields on the Sabbath. And His disciples were hungry and began to pluck the heads of grain and to eat. 2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said to Him, “Look, Your disciples are doing that which is not lawful to do on the Sabbath!”
      3 But He said to them, “Have you not read what David and those who were with him did when he was hungry, 4 how he entered the house of God and ate the ritual bread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for those who were with him, but only for the priests? 5 Or have you not read in the law how on the Sabbath the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, but are blameless? 6 I say to you, in this place there is One who is greater than the temple. 7 If you had known what this meant, ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent. 8 For the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”

      [From PROPHECY 63: Oh Israel, Where Is Your Blood Sacrifice?
      *Snippets:* I speak to those who refuse MY Son YAHUSHUA as MESSIAH. Where is your blood sacrifice? All know there must be a blood sacrifice for the remission of sins. What animal is perfect? What human? None, except MY Beloved Son YAHUSHUA's. I, YAHUVEH, cancelled the old blood covenant to give mankind a better blood covenant. This is the only way I can forgive your sins. There is no other way to MY throne, for ME to answer your prayers, except through the name YAHUSHUA, through HIS shed Blood at Calvary for the remission of your sins. There is no other intercessor before ME other than MY Son YAHUSHUA. Mohammed can't save you. Calling upon Abraham can't save you. Allah can't save you. Only calling upon the name YAHUSHUA will save you. Torah I have spoken before through this handmaiden. Those that think keeping the Torah alone will save them must realize all have sinned and fell short of MY Glory [Romans 3:23]. Breaking one commandment is the same as breaking all the commandments. You need a Savior. YAHUSHUA is that Savior. Those that refuse to accept YAHUSHUA as their Lord and Savior, the MESSIAH of all mankind, will not be judged by YAHUSHUA, but will instead stand before Moses who will open the Book of Judgment without mercy. For he warned Israel there would be a new covenant coming, a new Blood Covenant. He knew that it could not appease MY wrath. This was only temporary for the animal sacrifices.
      Oh Israel, I sent the new Blood Covenant to be born on your own soil. I did miracles through the Name of YAHUSHUA. I used Him to be a human sacrifice, a human blood sacrifice, the only perfect blood atonement for sin. And I arose HIM from the dead in the soil of Israel.
      On this day of Yom Kippur, 2002, I speak unto Israel and I tell them I hear your prayers of repentance, asking for MY forgiveness. I see your fasting. I feel your fear as you realize your sins are a stench to MY nostrils. Oh Israel, you know "I AM" Adonai and I will judge you for the works of your flesh. Oh Israel, you know there is no blood sacrifice. You long to build that temple with walls so you can once again do sacrifices of animals for the remission of sins, where your high priest can cry aloud for mercy. Yet, you refuse to receive the gift I gave you, a temple without walls filled with the RUACH ha KODESH, filled with MY love and mercy, MY miracles and MY judgment. A temple built not with human hands, a perfect, holy, sinless temple. His Name is YAHUSHUA. MY Name [YAH] is contained in HIS Name. The power is in HIS Sacred Name, the power is in OUR Sacred NameS.
      YAHUSHUA is that Temple. YAHUSHUA is the only Blood Sacrifice I will accept. YAHUSHUA came to Israel as a babe. YAHUSHUA was your Blood Sacrifice. YAHUSHUA is the only Holy Blood sacrifice. Oh Israel, hear ME, YAHUSHUA's Blood poured into Israel's soil and yet filled the entire four corners of the earth. Oh Israel, hear ME, because you refuse this new Blood Covenant, I gave it also to the gentiles, grafted them into the branch, waiting for you to repent and accept YAHUSHUA as your MESSIAH. What will it take, oh Israel? How few of a remnant I have in Israel. As I speak these words through this handmaiden, there will be new disciples arise and take this word into Israel. For I tell you now, you have proof pouring forth from your own wailing wall where a symbol of MY Living Water pours forth.(MORE)

      @ellenfrancis67 JEWISH SCHOLARS on rabinic judaism
      Expert
      Consider what Israel’s greatest expert in the Sages’ literature has to say: Professor Avigdor Shinan from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
      A man who wears a Kippah himself:
      “Our theology is not the theology of the OT. The tradition that we follow today is not the tradition of the OT, it’s the tradition of the Sages. Shabbat laws, kashrut laws, you name it, it’s not in the Scriptures, not in the OT. In the OT, there is no Synagogue no Kaddish, no Kol Nidre, no Bar Mitzvah, no Tallit. Everything that somebody would define as Jewish and look for its root; it’s not the OT it’s the Sages’ literature. That’s where everything started. Where is Judaism in the OT? Moses was not called a Jew. Abraham, was not called a Jew. David, neither. Only Mordechai, ‘Mordechai the Jew’, and that’s at the end of the OT during the Persian time.” (Prof. A. Shinan)
      More
      The famous Jewish orthodox writer Chaim Schimmel writes in his book “The Oral Torah”:
      “Jews never lived according to the actual words written in the Torah, but according to the traditions of the rabbis.” (Rabbi Chaim Schimmel)
      "Oral torah is divine" yeah right
      TALMUD Folio 63A
      R. Eleazar further stated: What is meant by the Scriptural text, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh?13 This teaches that Adam had intercourse with every beast and animal but found no satisfaction until he cohabited with Eve.

      @@talosq7982 Hello Talos,
      If the emphasis is on faith, that means at the exclusion of any other motivating factor, but putting the emphasis on *his* is basically another way of saying "live and let live." The irony is that interpreting "each man shall live by his faith" that way is probably the complete opposite of its intended meaning.

    • @sonofblessed
      @sonofblessed ปีที่แล้ว

      @abrahammani-3445 If you're quoting it Ezekiel, it means that you believe it to the Word of God. Therefore, please take a look at other verses in Ezekiel that contradict your beliefs, such as 18:19-20, "Yet you say, "Why does the son not bear with the sin of the father?" But the son has practiced justice and righteousness, he has kept all My laws and he carries them out; he shall surely live. The soul that sins, it shall die; a son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, and a father shall not bear the iniquity of the son; the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself."
      The verses above challenge Christianity in two ways: 1) Verse 19 clearly says that the son has practiced righteousness and kept all of God's laws, which Christians say is impossible to do (Galatians 3:11), and 2) verse 20 says that the "son shall not bear the iniquity of the father," meaning that the Christian understanding of original sin is wrong ("the son" being all humans today and "the father" being Adam).

    The disciples and the very first followers of Jesus of Nazareth were what we would describe as Messianic Jews. They were Jewish. The celebrated the Torah and God's Commandments. They believed Jesus/Yeshua was the messiah prophesied throughout the OT. My personal decision has been to leave mainstream Christianity and seek to follow Messianic Judaism, as this is what I personally believe is closest to what the original believers did, I believe in sharing my beliefs respectfully, but no one accepts God or Jesus without the Holy Spirit: in other words, while we can be used by God to minister to others, whether in simple kindness or regarding belief in Jesus, nothing we say or do "saves" another. It is always God's power, His mercy and love. You cannot put someone in a half nelson and demand he believe, regardless of religion.

      Yeah but remember that Judaism is also considered to be a distinct culture/ ethnicity/ bloodline/ etc. Everyone else on the planet is considered a gentile. Even without religion or faith, those two statements are still true.
      If belief in the Pantheon still existed today, you'd think of Greeks as both Greek in culture/ race and also in religion. The word "Greek" can mean both of those things separately and simultaneously.
      Imagine someone born into a Greek family who wanted to believe in Jesus instead of Zeus. He'd still want to be considered Greek, just with a different faith. That's basically what Messianic Judaism is, except Jesus is an add-on to the Jewish faith, not an abandonment.

      Gleszkanne: No. When a Jew comes to faith in Christ Jesus, he does not forfeit his Jewish identity. Jesus is the Jewish Messiah. Jews don't leave Judaism simply by coming to believe in their own Messiah... In fact, it is Christians who become spiritual Jews by coming to faith in our Lord Jesus. (We are adopted into sonship and become sons of Abraham.) The Bible makes it very clear. According to the lineage of the physical world, that is, the descendants from the original twelve tribes of Israel are the Fig Tree. The Spiritual nature of Jews is called the Olive Tree. Gentiles (who are believers in Christ) are cultivated branches that have been grafted onto the olive tree. The Jews are the natural branches that have been cut off (due to their nonbelief.) But someday they will be grafted back on. This is clear in the following verses:
      "But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root[b] of the olive tree, do not be arrogant toward the branches. If you are, remember it is not you who support the root, but the root that supports you. 19 Then you will say, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand fast through faith. So do not become proud, but fear. For if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you. Note then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God's kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off. And even they, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God has the power to graft them in again. For if you were cut from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, the natural branches, be grafted back into their own olive tree. (Romans 11:17-24)

    #Jesus was Born a Jew 🔯
    Jesus is a real, historical person, born in the Land of Israel, during the Roman occupation, in approximately the year 3 BCE. However, at the time His name was actually pronounced, "Yeshua," and that is the name used in this article.
    That Yeshua was born Jewish is one of the least contested truths of the Bible. The very first verse of the New Covenant reads: The book of the genealogy of Messiah Yeshua ("Jesus Christ"), the son of David, the son of Abraham (Matt. 1:1). Who were Abraham and David?
    Abraham was the first Hebrew. God changed his name from Abram (Gen. 17:5). In Gen. 14:13 he is called Abram the Hebrew. So we can see that Yeshua (Jesus) is descended from "Abram the Hebrew." Even to this day, Jews are also called "Hebrews", and the language of the Jews is "Hebrew."
    Abraham and his descendants were given the unconditional covenant of the Promised Land (Gen. 17:8) and the covenant of circumcision (Gen. 17:10). Abraham is the father of the Jews (Acts 3:12-25). Isaac was his son and Jacob was his grandson (Matt. 1:2). Thus, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are known as the Patriarchs, the fathers of the Jews.
    Jacob's name was changed by God to "Israel" (Gen. 35:10-12) and he had twelve sons (Gen. 35:23-26) from whom come the Twelve Tribes of Israel. All of their descendants are known collectively throughout the Bible as the Children of Israel (Ex. 1:6-7).
    One of those twelve sons was Judah (Gen. 35:23, Matt. 1:2) and it is from his name that we get the word 'Jew'. Although Yehudah (Judah) was only one of the twelve, by 700 BCE, because of the course of Israel's history, the word Yehudee (Jew) came to mean any person descended from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Jer. 34:9). So, for instance, Saul haShaliach (the Apostle Paul) was of the tribe of Benjamin (Romans 11:1) yet he self-identified as a Jew (Acts 22:3).
    Nevertheless, according to the Bible, the Messiah must be descended from the tribe of Judah (Gen. 49:10) as King David was (1Sam. 17:12, 1Ch. 28:4) and descended from King David himself (2Sam. 7:12-13, Isa. 9:6-7, Jer. 23:5-6). That is why the Messiah is called Son of David(Matt. 21:9).
    Yeshua (Jesus) is from the Tribe of Judah (Heb. 7:14). His earthly father was descended from David (Matt. 1:6-16) and His mother was as well (Luke 1:27, 32-34, 3:23-31).
    In addition, Yeshua was born King of the Jews(Matt. 2:2). The King of the Jews must Himself be Jewish (Deut. 17:15). His aunt Elizabeth was Jewish (a descendant of Aaron, Moses' brother) and His uncle Zacharia was a Jewish priest (Luke 1:5, 36). Yeshua was circumcised according to Jewish law (Luke 2:21, Lev. 12:2-3), and redeemed according to Jewish law (Luke 2:22-23, Num. 18:15). His mother atoned according to Jewish law (Luke 2:24, Lev. 12:6-8). He is called The Consolation of Israel (Luke 2:25) and The Glory of Thy People Israel (Luke 2:32). Jesus was born a Jew.
    Jesus lived as a Jew
    Although He was born in Bethlehem (Matt. 2:1, Micah 5:2), Yeshua was raised in Nazareth (Luke 2:39-40). Both were Jewish towns at the time, according to archeologists and historians. Bethlehem is just south of Jerusalem while Nazareth is north, in the Galilee section. Both of Yeshua's parents were from Nazareth (Luke 1:26-27, 2:4, 39) and they returned there with the Child when they had done everything according to the Law of the Lord that His birth required (Luke 2:39). His aunt and uncle were also Torah observant Jews (Luke 1:6) so we can see that probably the whole family took their faith very seriously.
    Yeshua's parents made the 140 mile (225 m.) round trip to Jerusalem every Passover (Luke 2:41) in observance of Deut. 16:16. It was at the age of twelve that Yeshua stayed behind an extra three days to learn from the Temple teachers (Luke 2:46). Although He already understood the Torah well (Luke 2:47), His attitude of listening and questioning indicates love of the Hebrew scripture and respect for the teachers. He also respected the Temple itself, calling it His Father's (Luke 2:49). Near the end of His life, He praised a widow for giving all she had to the Temple (Luke 21:1-4).
    In adult life, His disciples were Jews (John 1:47, Matt. 20:25-26) and they called Him 'Rabbi' (John 4:31). Mary called Him 'Rabboni' (John 20:16). They sought Him because they believed the Torah and the Prophets (John 1:45).
    A Pharisee who had not yet come to faith in Him also addressed Yeshua as 'Rabbi' (John 3:2), as did a crowd of people (John 6:25). A Samaritan woman easily recognized He was a Jew (John 4:9).
    Yeshua's disciples spoke Hebrew (John 1:38, 41) and so did He, as well as Chaldean, a closely-related language brought back by the Jews from their captivity in Babylon (Matt. 27:46). In the sermon on the mount He affirmed the authority of the Torah and the Prophets (Matt. 5:17) even in the Kingdom of Heaven (Matt. 5:19-20). He regularly attendedsynagogue (Luke 4:16) and His teaching was respected by the other congregants (Luke 4:15). He taught in the Jewish Temple (Luke 21:37) and if He were not a Jew, His going into that part of the Temple would not have been allowed (Acts 21:28-30).
    Although He differed with some of His contemporaries on how to keep the commandments (Matt. 12:12), He did not disagree on whether to keep them, saying such things as,"if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments," (Matt. 19:17). When He healed someone of leprosy, he instructed him to,"show yourself to the priest and present the offering that Moses commanded..." (Matt. 8:4, Lev. 14).
    Yeshua not only taught others how to live a Jewish life, He lived it Himself. The outward signs of this were such things as wearing tzitzit (tassles) on His clothing (Luke 8:43, Matt. 14:36, Strong's # 2899) to serve as a reminder of the commandments (Num. 15:37-39). He observed Passover (John 2:13) and went up to Jerusalem (Deut. 16:16). He observed Succot (John 7:2, 10) and went up to Jerusalem (John 7:14). He also observed Hanukah (John 10:22) and probably Rosh haShanah (John 5:1), going up to Jerusalem on both those occasions as well, even though it isn't commanded in the Torah.
    The inward sign of His Judaism was a circumcised heart (Deut. 10:16, 30:6).
    When faced with temptation, Yeshua answered from the Hebrew Scripture (Matt. 4:2-10, Deut. 8:3, 6:16, 6:13). When teaching, He taught from the Hebrew Scripture (Matt. 22:42-45). When admonishing, He quoted from the Hebrew Scripture (Mk. 7:6-13).
    Yeshua self-identified as a Jew (John 4:22) and as King of the Jews (Mk. 15:2). From His birth to His last Passover seder (Luke 22:14-15), Jesus lived as a Jew.
    Jesus died a Jew
    When Yeshua was taken prisoner by a Roman captain, his cohort, and some Jewish officials (John 18:12), He was delivered into the custody of the Jewish priests, elders, and scribes (Mk. 14:53). The Roman soldiers would not have placed Him under Jewish jurisdiction if He were not Jewish.
    Later, Yeshua was brought before the Sanhedrin, the Jewish council (Luke 22:66). He was charged with an offense against Jewish Law (Matt. 26:65-66, Lev. 24:13-14, John 19:7). Pilate, head of the Roman occupation, also recognized Jewish jurisdiction over Yeshua (John 18:31). This was because Yeshua was a Jew (John 18:35).
    He unequivocally identified Himself as the Messiah (Mk. 14:61-62) and as we have seen above, the Messiah must be Jewish. He said He is the King of the Jews (Matt. 27:11) and, as we have also seen above, the King of the Jews must Himself be Jewish. The Jewish crowd also called Him 'King of the Jews' (Mk. 15:12). He was mocked, spat on and beaten by the Roman soldiers as 'King of the Jews' (Mk. 15:16-20) and when they crucified Him, their charge was 'King of the Jews' (Matt. 27:37).
    The place of judgment had a Hebrew place-name (John 19:13) and the place of crucifixion had a Hebrew place-name (Mk. 15:22).
    Joseph of Arimethea, who took custody of Yeshua's body, was Jewish (Luke 23:50-52) and he laid the body in his own new tomb (Matt. 27:59-60). Therefore, Yeshua was buried in a Jewish cemetery. He was also buried according to Jewish custom of the time (John 19:40). Without doubt, Jesus died a Jew.

They are in favor of killing a woman with the rotting corpse of a fetus, aka stillborn. The Twitter threads have Incels announcing to women “Your body is mine”. They even shout at women on the street. I have seen two video clips on that one. For some reason, people are shocked. Yet when I was in the Navy, I found most women saying “men hate us, I didn’t know.” As we always did the garbage, carried heavy bag of mail, swept, mopped, and waxed floors, it would have been no surprise women reached this conclusion. But males constantly screaming remarks at women, left no doubts. One could always think that I keep drawing bad duty assignments but guys went to so much trouble to make it worse. A precision has to be made in my opinion : Habakkuk 2:4 says "the righteous shall live by his faith".
    It's a contrast with Leviticus 18:5 where it is said that righteousness comes from works : "Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them".
    Instead, Habakkuk prophecies that the righteousness before God is acquired by faith and not by obedience to law and the works it requires. Faith in the Messiah (Yeshua) is what declares someone right before God (the whole New Testament is about it). :)

    • @zadkiel242

      Habakkuk isn't a prophecy that people acquire righteousness through faith.
      Righteousness is an act of doing not believing. If I commit evil acts, those acts don't become good because I believe them to be good.
      You are correct that the whole Christian bible is about righteousness through faith, and that is also why Christians believe their faith excuses all the evil acts they have committed especially against us Jews.

      @@zadkiel242 righteousness by faith does not excuse anyone from practicing evil. There might be a few who believe that but most people don't.
      I also realise that Christians have persecuted the Jews which is a horrible act. It shouldn't have happened. But the only people who don't think it was not wrong are probably the people with ideology similar to Nazis.
      I don't think it is also right to lump all Christians today because a lot of Christians in the East and other places who don't know how Jews are today or what happened to them over the last 2000 years. We see a lot of this today by non-religious groups. Look at the Twitter mobs for example. They don't care what you do as long as you hold a certain belief. You don't even have to go out of your way to be a good person. Just agree with their philosophy.
      I know it's more complicated than that, but in general, faith superseding works tends to cause more problems than it tries to solve.
      The same can be said when you place works over faith.
      It's better to just have them work hand in hand.

    • @sonofblessed

      In some way that's true, but it's categorically different because Messianic Judaism is based on a faith statement that actively violates one of the essential precepts of Judaism (according to the Rambam). While Jews who are secular or atheist (which are different) may be wrong, those two positions are often related to a lack of conviction versus an active belief.

    Isaiah 53
    53 Who has believed our report?
    And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
    2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant,
    And as a root out of dry ground.
    He has no form or comeliness;
    And when we see Him,
    There is no beauty that we should desire Him.
    3 He is despised and rejected by men,
    A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.
    And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him;
    He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
    4 Surely He has borne our griefs
    And carried our sorrows;
    Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
    Smitten by God, and afflicted.
    5 But He was wounded for our transgressions,
    He was bruised for our iniquities;
    The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
    And by His stripes we are healed.
    6 All we like sheep have gone astray;
    We have turned, every one, to his own way;
    And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
    7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted,
    Yet He opened not His mouth;
    He was led as a lamb to the slaughter,
    And as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
    So He opened not His mouth.
    8 He was taken from prison and from judgment,
    And who will declare His generation?
    For He was cut off from the land of the living;
    For the transgressions of My people He was stricken.
    9 And they[a] made His grave with the wicked-
    But with the rich at His death,
    Because He had done no violence,
    Nor was any deceit in His mouth.
    10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him;
    He has put Him to grief.
    When You make His soul an offering for sin,
    He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days,
    And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.
    11 He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied.
    By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many,
    For He shall bear their iniquities.
    12 Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great,
    And He shall divide the spoil with the strong,
    Because He poured out His soul unto death,
    And He was numbered with the transgressors,
    And He bore the sin of many,
    And made intercession for the transgressors.

      2 O My God, I cry in the daytime, but You do not hear;
      And in the night season, and am not silent.
      3 But You are holy,
      Enthroned in the praises of Israel.
      4 Our fathers trusted in You;
      They trusted, and You delivered them.
      5 They cried to You, and were delivered;
      They trusted in You, and were not ashamed.
      6 But I am a worm, and no man;

      8 “He trusted in the Lord, let Him rescue Him;
      Let Him deliver Him, since He delights in Him!”

      Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled Me.
      13 They gape at Me with their mouths,
      Like a raging and roaring lion.
      14 I am poured out like water,
      And all My bones are out of joint;
      My heart is like wax;
      It has melted within Me.
      15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd,
      And My tongue clings to My jaws;
      You have brought Me to the dust of death.
      16 For dogs have surrounded Me;
      The congregation of the wicked has enclosed Me.
      They pierced My hands and My feet;
      17 I can count all My bones.
      They look and stare at Me.
      18 They divide My garments among them,
      And for My clothing they cast lots.
      19 But You, O Lord, do not be far from Me;
      O My Strength, hasten to help Me!
      20 Deliver Me from the sword,
      My precious life from the power of the dog.
      21 Save Me from the lion’s mouth
      And from the horns of the wild oxen!
      You have answered Me.
      22 I will declare Your name to My brethren;

      23 You who fear the Lord, praise Him!
      All you descendants of Jacob, glorify Him,
      And fear Him, all you offspring of Israel!
      24 For He has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted;

      25 My praise shall be of You in the great assembly;

    As a Messianic Jew, we believe Yeshua (Jesus) is the Messiah. He is the one who shed his blood upon a cross for our sins. Anyone who calls upon the name of our Adonai (Lord God) confessing Him and His sacrifice of Himself upon the cross can be saved, and believes in their heart he was raised from the dead (Romans 10:9) can be saved. We must set ourselves apart from the world and sin by repentance. (1 Thesselonians 5:22-24).
    We call ouselves messianic because Messiah is a word in Hebrew while Christ is a word in Greek. Yeshua is also a word in Hebrew while Jesus is the greek word. To call Him by a greek name is still correct. I prefer to call it in Hebrew as there is more meaning to the name by language.
    The Leap of Faith: Many Jews today do not want to believe in the Messiah due to history. So, let's explain this: 2000 years ago, Yeshua came to earth as God in the flesh. His followers were were Jewish people that practiced the traditions of the torah who accepted him as The Messiah. These apostles preached the same gospel to the world. After Yeshua ascended to Heaven, most of the apostles were martyred (killed for their faith). This didn't stop with apostles, nor did it stop with the Israelis as a race. In 70 AD, Vespasian laid siege upon Jerusalem and is believed to have a Shoah worse than Hitler's. The Jews (Israelis) who survived the Shoah of the Romans were scattered out of Israel. Both Jews and Gentiles who accepted Yeshua as the Messiah continued to be persecuted. Those Jews who still believed in the faith of Yeshua were higher targets than Jews who did not believe in the faith. It goes beyond the time of the apostles. Some bold, courageous people stood up in the midst of terrible persecution against any other faith than that of Yeshua, and also stood by Israel's people - The Jews in defense. By the time the Roman government "compromised" with the faith of Christianity (Messianic Judaism), they changed it all around. They removed our hollidays, changed the sabbath to Sunday and took everything Jewish out of Christianity. They took a belief that was Jewish and made it their own falsifying it and preserving the falsification through the Catholic Church. The Jews became the target. They were persecuted terribly. But just like how God gave the Jews the laws of the torah to set themselves apart from the worshipping of the Egyptian golden calf in Moses's time, several Jews after 70 AD to now set themselves apart from compromise and acknowledged Yeshua as the Messiah and preserved all scripture in His name and stood against all this. Even in the shoah of Hitler in the 1930s, there were Jews who believed Jesus was the Messiah and synagogues established as Messianic (Christian) who stood against the persecutions of Jews and stood up for Yeshua (Jesus) and died preserving the faith all the way until the end.
    Ezekiel 37 talks about how a valley of dry bones rises becomes as flesh and then how the Sprit of God comes into those slain. The bones are the nation of Israel coming back together. The breath is The Spirit of our Lord. When we confess Yeshua as the Messiah acknowledging what he did upon the cross, the Spirit enters into us. A vast army rises out of the valley. We are that army. The time is now to proclaim throughout the world that Yeshua is the Lord and to fight back spiritually against the darkness which has divided many Jews and Gentiles for 2000 years. Anyone can be saved through the blood shed upon the cross.
    We keep the sabbath on Saturday, observe the passover (as Yeshua is our Passover in 1 Corinthians 5:7), Shavuot (Pentecost), and Sukkot (feast of tabernacles) in His name and for what we stand for. We will fight taking up the armor of Ephesians 6 against division between Jews and Gentiles as the veil was torn and anyone can be saved if they call upon the name of the Lord.
    We observe the Torah as God gave us the sabbath, Passover, Shavuot (Pentecost), Sukkot (Feast of tabernacles), Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur as well the other commandments to follow now in the name of Yeshua, no longer by the law without a Messiah, but under a Messiah.
    Most importantly to anyone Jewish or gentile, the greatest defeat we have is in our own sin. This is a greater problem than any persecution or racial annihilation we faced. This is the real valley of bones. We can conquer this valley. We can be saved. Yeshua died for us so if we call out to him we can be forgiven and walk in His name.
    Now having salvation we can stand and fight supporting Israel and the Jewish people and fight against the spiritual evil which has prevailed in the world for the last 2000 years after our Messiah rose from the grave.
    Let us equip ourselves with the word of God and the armor of Ephesians 6 and carry the messages of John to the 7 churches in Revelation to the world and fellowship in the Lord as the Spirit of the Lord moves us.
    Just as Winston Churchill would fight for England anywhere at anytime, we will fight for our Lord and His word against any spiritual darkness. We will never surrender to spiritual darkness or division.

      @@RapperNamedQUICK I have watched his video. He has a lot of knowledge. If we do not believe the Messiah has not yet come, it is pretty clear that our Messiah will atone for our sins and will be very much like Yeshua. Yeshua fulfilled all of the prophecies concerning the Messiah in the Tanack, therefore he is the Messiah. Isaiah 57 & 59 clearly point to the messiah redeeming us. Did he point out also on Yom Kippur you may atone for intentional sin? He is adding and subtracting what he likes to add.
      You know, the apostles were anticipating the return of the Messiah when Rome tried to erect a statue and desecrate it. The second temple was destroyed and the desecration discussed in Daniel 7/8 were not yet fulfilled.
      The third temple, Ezekiel's temple will be the temple in which the Messiah reigns for 1000 years. The temple will be desecrated because it is mentioned in Daniel 7/8. This will occur 1/2 way into the 7 year convenant the anti-messiah makes with the nation of Israel. I believe this will occur some time after the third temple is built. Our Messiah will cleanse it.
      My message for Rabbi Skobac is to be very careful. The messiah that Rabbi Skobac is describing almost sounds like the anti-messiah. He will come some time after the temple is built to make a convenant with Israel. He in fact will desecrate the temple much like Antiochus Epiphanes did. The Messiah will come after the 7 years to reign for 1000 years.
      Be very careful Rabbi Skobac, the anti-messiah will go against everything we as Jews stand for. The temple is supposed to be the dwelling place of God.

    Preaching the gospel is not the same thing as "coercion." As Christians, we are suppose to tell people about Jesus, and if they don't want to hear it that's their problem. Jesus said "shake the dust off your feet" and keep it moving if someone rejects him. Non-believers seem to think someone who is persistent is out to get them. NO If someone makes extra effort, that means they really love and care about you.

    Im a messianic Jew. I didnt know that term until about 5 years ago. My grandmother disowned me and i was told i wasnt jewish anymore by my family, jewish community and Christians too, not all christians but enough of them that i just simply didnt follow my jewish roots because i felt i had to chose between my roots and heritage and Yeshua. I chose Yeshua. I finally met a messianic Jew 5 years ago and it changed my life. I found out I dont have to deny my heritage to love yeshua! I now go to a messianic church and I love it!! Wish i had known about this thing a long time ago. My youngest gets to learn our heritage, things i wasnt allowed to since I was invited to church when i was 10 and got saved at 13 years old. You really do lose your family when you come to yeshua but id do it again and again and again over and over for yeshua Hamashiach!
    I wish they were more open-minded here in America. I cant even send my son to hebrew school here because we follow Yeshu! Thankfully my messianic church has programs that my kids can do and still have our heritage ring true in our lives from here forward till the messiah returns. It is devastating to be told if you believe in yeshu then you are no longer a Jew; like your blood just turns to something else. Your family history just erases you somehow. Amd then to have some christian churches/people tell you the same thing just about (you cant be a jew and a christian) is very hard. I thank Yeshua everyday for sending me to the messianic community and giving me a place where I dont have to be quite on my heritage anymore just so I can follow my savior. Sadly most of my family (moms side) died in Judaism without belief in Yeshu. But that part ended with my mom, me and my sister and our faith in yeshu will follow for Generations after us Lord willing.

      Thank you for sharing your story sister! How wonderful that God showed you that you can believe in Yeshua and still be a jew. It's sad that some Christians are misslead to teach jewish people when they start believing i Yeshua, that they have to give up everything they have learned and leave their judaism behind. This is so wrong! I am a messianic christian and I too have lost friends because of my believes. I am a swede and I was raised a christian and have always believed in Jesus. A few years ago I discovered the roots of my faith and it changed my life. I understood that when a heathen as myself believes in the God of Abraham, Isac and Jacob and follows Yeshua the messiah, I become grafted into Israel (like rabbi Shaul said) which means I can no longer continue living as a heaten. I am a new creation spiritualy. Therefore I have started doing bible things in bible ways and started worrying more about fearing God and following His will and instructions (not to get saved because that I can only be through the blood of Yeshua, but for loving God) then fearing men and following human made tradition based on idol worshipping (like christmas for instance). For instance, now I celebrate the shabbat (on saturdays like God told us to) and God's own set apart feastdays and they have been such a blessing for my family and I. The same feasts that my messiah and his first followers celebrated (before the roman church fathers came along and changed everything, driven by their hatred to jews and everything related to them). I truly believe that we are living in times when the truth shall be revieled to many christians and jews and that we will be united as one, all children of the living God. It says in the book of revelations that after Yeshua has returned again to taberbackle among men and started ruling the world as king, people from all over the world will come to Jerusalem each year to celebrate the feast of Sukkot (Tabernackles) together. How I long for this day! Bo Yeshua, bo! ❤️

    I’m messianic Jew, but live in NY. The guy with a beard speaks some truth that the reality of messianic Judaism. The evolution of Christianity of Rome spun off a different understanding that Yeshua spoke of. Yeshua stayed very closely linked to the written laws. The difference was that Yeshua came to fulfill the words handed down by the prophets. Many Gentiles Christians anglicized Yeshua; namely focusing on Jesus. But there’s a trend now to bring focus back on the Jewish nature of Yeshua. Messianic Jews look to influence the Christian community to think of Jesus as Yeshua. Unfortunately the history of persecution from Gentile Christians leaves that great divide.

    Messianic Judaism is the REAL CHRISTIANITY.
    Jesus Christ was born and baptised as a Jew.
    He taught Judaism, just updated the laws and corrected the ways how man should worship God.
    Christianity was supposed to be Judaism but some Jews does not believe the Yeshua is not the messiah.
    Also, consider that the first 'Christians' were actually born,raised, practicing and baptised Jews. They were the apostles of Jesus Christ.
    St.Paul was a gentile converted by God himself.
    Christianity was first considered a sect of Judaism until it was considered a new religion..
    Judaism is the TRUE religion, I agree.
    But Christianity is the updated version of Judaism and Messianic Judaism is the perfect example for Christianity.

      "Messianic Judaism" was invented to ensnare unsuspecting and not very educated Jews into becoming Christians, and to make them not feel bad about rejecting their heritage faith so they get to keep the holidays and aesthetics of Judaism but in a Christian belief system. A "Messianic Jew" is simply a Christian who employs deceitful tactics to get new converts in their particular cult. Other Christians do not traditionally accept "Messianic Jews" and many "Messianic Jews" have little to no Jewish heritage to speak of. They are very active in attempting to find Jewish relatives in their family trees, though, to use as "proof" of their Jewishness. They are currently trying to infiltrate Chabad houses in the U.S.

    (KJV) Isaiah 53:1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
    53:2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
    53:3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
    53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
    53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
    53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
    53:7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
    53:8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
    53:9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
    53:10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
    53:11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
    53:12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
    Micah 5:2
    But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.
    5:3
    Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel.
    Daniel 12:2
    And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
    Daniel 9 says that Messiah had to come before the destruction of The Secound Temple. That happened in 70 A.D. So the Messiah had to come before that, according to the Tanakh.

    I see some very strange and unfortunate descriptions of Messianic Jews. Unfortunately, there are bad examples of "Messianic Jews" and getting clarity is important.
    For example, some are overly legalistic more like rabbinic Judaism where the true Hebrew scriptures have been hijacked by the opinions of many rabbis over hundreds and hundreds of years and is not the true Hebrew scriptures but instead Talmudic, Kabbalahistic, etc. And then there's the so-called Hebrew Christians who may seem like a Messianic Jew but are more like a Christian who may observe the Sabbath as Jews but are not so Jewish in other areas. They tend to be informed just enough to actually turn people off because they're too Christian and usually that is true. I consider myself a Messianic Jew and keep the Sabbath and Feasts as described in Leviticus/Vayikra - which are G-ds appointed times/moadim not just Jewish. BUT, I have also experienced the revelation of Yeshua as the true Messiah and it took me three years to come to that conclusion.
    I'd love to keep writing about what a true believer in Yeshua as a Jewish person might look like but I will say that no one should ever try to force that (or any other faith) and that each person has to be sincere in their heart to want to know the truth and be open to receive if Yeshua just happens to keep being presented. The Ruach haKodesh is key in bringing this revelation so pray to Abba that He will reveal to you His truth.
    Finally, I encourage you to listen to the following th-cam.com/video/dpSSfNwqGBQ/w-d-xo.html (and other links from Zev - his testimony of his personal awakening to Yeshua is amazing as he was to be part of the Sanhedrin before his life changing experience). Please also read Isaiah 53...it describes the Jewish Messiah no matter what any rabbi tries to explain away. Messiah was to first come as a suffering servant for the purpose of our salvation by offering himself as the final sacrifice (He fulfills the prophecies of the Messiah over and over but the rabbis won't let you know or believe that ever!) Pesach is the perfect time to discover that the hidden Afikomen represents Yeshua. Yeshua's true identity both as genuinely Jewish and Messiah has been hijacked and horrendously misrepresented by the majority of Christian and especially Catholic leadership by mixing pagan practices like Christmas and Easter into the version of Jesus - very sad. This is not true to who Yeshua was/is or what He believed and taught - I promise! God bless you if you read all of this! 😊

Moses and the Commandments came LONG BEFORE so called Jesus. Do your research....JC is a "made up name" by the Romans. Jews worship the Hebrew God according to the Torah that was given to Moses on Mt. Sinai. All of the OT was written in Hebrew.

      Yahushua followed Torah only and not cultural added on holidays nor practices of the time. To give an example of this is keeping an extra chair available at the Passover for Elijah. These are added on practices by the yehudi and is not Torah. I agree you must eat kosher and refrain from pork and crustaceans. Judaism and accepting Yahushua as the Hamashiach through christianity is very much the same since we believe in the same prophets of old. What was added on to "christianity" such as the trinity/gregorian calender/catholic feasts/christmas is not the way of Life nor is Torah.

    As Christianity was essentially based on the rejection of Judaism, the two religions hold virtually nothing in common. From the Jewish perspective, the concept of the Trinity is not true monotheism. Aside from this, the majority of key tenets held by Christianity directly violate the teachings of Judaism.
    Christianity's focus is on what a person believes while Judaism's focus is on what a person does in life.
    Judaism has the Tanach (Jewish Bible), which is made up of Torah (Teachings), Nevi'im (Prophets), K'tuvim (Writings). Christianity has the Old Testament, which was based on the Tanach but was altered to support the teachings of Christianity, and the New Testament. Jews do not consider the Old Testament to be a valid religious text, the same is true for the NT.
    Christianity has very specific beliefs as to what happens after death. Judaism has ideas about what might happen after death but barely touches on the subject which isn't really discussed even in the Tanach. Judaism focuses on the current life with the goal of helping God complete creation.
    Christianity teaches that humans are born in sin and have to be saved from this. Judaism teaches that humans are capable of doing both good and bad but when we were created, God called us good and that humans are intrinsically good. The word most commonly translated as 'sin' in the Tanach is an archery term meaning 'to miss the mark'. Judaism teaches that without the ability to do bad, we cannot choose to do good. By doing good we become closer to God and when we make a mistake, it gives us a chance to correct that mistake and grow as a person and in the end, we become closer to God.
    A few examples of Christian concepts that either do not exist in and/or directly oppose the teachings of Judaism are:
    * Original sin
    * The Christian concept of messiah
    * The existence of heaven and hell
    * The existence of the devil
    * The concept of damnation
    * The Christian concept of 'sin' altogether
    * The idea that a man can atone for the mistakes of another
    * The idea that one can atone for mistakes not yet made
    * The idea that faith supersedes action
    * That God can be man or son of man
    * The need to pray to God through intermediaries
    Below are a few of the many things Jews believe in that Christians do not:
    * Man is born good and innocent, there is no such thing as original sin.
    * An individual is responsible for his own mistakes and no one else can atone for those mistakes.
    * Man becomes closer to God through his actions, blind faith is meaningless.
    * Informed consent is required and we are to question everything.
    * A 'moshiach' is a mortal man with no supernatural attributes and there have been hundreds of these men.
    * God is without form and will never be man or son of man, nor can He be divided into parts.
    * The idea that a man can be the literal son of God is an abomination.
    * Man communicates directly to God, intermediaries are not needed.
    * Every single person who works to live a good life has a place in the world to come.
    * There are different paths for different people, everyone does not have to follow the same religion.
    * The covenant between the Jews and God is eternal.
    * That prophecy ended approximately 2,200 years ago.
    * That sacrifice was only a valid part of atonement for unintended mistakes and even then was meaningless without repentance. Prayer replaces sacrifice when the Temple is not standing.
    * That the Torah cannot be added to nor changed.
    *Note: Jesus plays absolutely no role in Judaism and he is not considered a prophet or teacher.

    Disclaimer: I'm a nonreligious skeptic who studies religions on my free time and I consider all organized religions to be wrong with regards to their religious doctrines. I'm not an atheist but I don't believe in the existence of the deities presented by the thousands of religions (e.g. Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, etc.)

      Pretty much ALL of these (bar a few obvious ones) is just as much a change in Judaism then a change in Christianity. Actually I would bet Judaism has changed from more since the time of Jesus then the other way around, since it was Jews that wanted to be different. e.g. Heaven and Hell, common belief in Judaism at the time, the concept of the devil, or the concept of sin. If man was born innocent, then there was no fall. The covenant of God is reliant on obedience to God. This is the Jews not learning the obvious lessons of the Tanach.
      Christians are more faithful to the Torah, you change it by lying about it and creating a 'secret' Torah called the Talmud. This is why most Judaism has changed far more. (though parts of Christianity have changed too, just in different ways). If man did not need intermediaries... then why did the people of Israel not go up the mountain with Moses? If individuals only can only attone for mistakes, why did the people of ancient Israel need sacrifices?

      I could correct you on probably every single thing you pointed out. I used to study the bible pretty well, which means both old testament and new testament. Everyone has original sin. Psalm 51:5 "Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me." Why do you think king David said this. In the book of job it talks about heaven. It never uses the words heaven though. It also talks of Hell. But never uses the words hell. It instead refers to it as torment.
      "The idea that a man can be the literal son of God is an abomination."
      Well since you call it such a harsh thing here's a harsh reality, Psalm 2:12
      "Kiss his son, or he will be angry
      and your way will lead to your destruction,
      for his wrath can flare up in a moment.
      Blessed are all who take refuge in him."
      That verse is about God. God has an actual son. There's more verses that God states he has a son.
      You said you studied religions but I can rebuke you on a lot of points you made.
      Not sure you'll get this but figured I'd say this. Follow Jesus.

    Although I'm a Christian, the degree of apathy so many of these people have is troubling. "Each person in his faith shall live" is not, I think, the right translation of that verse in Habakkuk. It is, rather, "The just shall live by faith". In other words, through righteous actions the righteous shall be blessed by God. It does NOT mean that you can believe whatever nonsense you want and it doesn't matter.

      So you are learning from mistranslated texts, specifically designed to sell you a specific doctrine and then you criticise the Jews they don't know the meaning of a text? The ones studying it for thousands of years, like actually studying, meaning, the original text...? The Jews are apathetic because they don't believe that you must believe in a specific Messiah for G-d to redeem you....believe in G-d (one G-d not trinity etc), and IMPORTANTLY, be a good person (and ideally follow commandments) and you should be fine - a short version of what majority of Jewish people would think...but for you, faith = believe in Jesus. Who cares? If the Messiah came today, no Jew would bow down to him or heaven forbid, pray to him. Jews only pray to G-d, not to humans, not to Messiah, or saints or whoever else.
      P.S. I was not trying to offend you, just trying to explain to you the reason behind apathy, which is, that Jews don't believe you have to recognise a Messiah to be redeemed, God can sort that one out himself. Therefore, no reason to chase people down trying to turn them.

    4:24 he is right Christianity in America has turned away from the teachings of Jesus Christ specifically and modern-day Protestant Baptist Churches there's a new doctrine well newer than the teachings of Jesus which is hyper Grace it basically means all you have to do is believe that Jesus died and rose again and you don't have to be obedient you just have to be Lawless and if you even try to be obedient you lie and you're not actually being obedient it because they say it's impossible to be obedient to Jesus's teachings oh and they hate the Torah as well they think it's even worse if you try to keep the Torah also but there is a lot of Christians in America that stay true to the teachings of Jesus and I just want to say to those Christian's that I speak of at least try to keep Jesus's Commandments the things that you find in the four Gospels those are the bread and meat of the Bible Jesus talks on salvation murder anger Etc just read The Sermon on the Mount Matthew 5 if you actually read the Bible instead of just cherry picking things you would not have your absurd Doctrine as long as you try and if you fail but repent and get back up God will have no problem with you cuz at least you're showing real faith in action but eventually you could have the power over sin through our Lord Jesus Christ

    "The King of the Jews, Our King, The Messiah"
    Honor the son, or God will become indignant
    Happy are all those taking refuge in Him.
    Proverbs 30
    4 Who has ascended to heaven and then descended?
    Who has gathered the wind in the palms of both hands?
    Who has wrapped up the waters in his garment?
    Who has established* all the ends of the earth?
    What is his name and the name of his son-if you know?
    Psalms 2
    5 At that time he will speak to them in his anger And terrify them in his burning anger, 6 Saying: “I myself have installed my king On Zion, my holy mountain.” 7 Let me proclaim the decree of God; He said to me: “You are my son; Today I have become your father.
    10 So now, you kings, show insight;
    Accept correction, you judges of the earth.
    11 Serve God with fear,
    And rejoice with trembling.
    12 Honor the son, or God will become indignant
    And you will perish from the way,
    For His anger flares up quickly.
    Happy are all those taking refuge in Him.
    Deuteronomy 18
    15 God will raise up for you from among your brothers a prophet like me. You must listen to him.
    18 I will raise up for them from the midst of their brothers a prophet like you,+ and I will put my words in his mouth,
    and he will speak to them all that I command him.
    19 Indeed, I will require an account from the man who will not listen to my words that he will speak in my name.
    Numbers 24
    15 So he spoke this proverbial saying: “The saying of Baʹlaam the son of Beʹor, And the saying of a man whose eyes have been opened,
    16 The saying of the one hearing the word of God, And the one having the knowledge of the Most High, A vision of the Almighty he saw While bowing down with his eyes uncovered: 17 I will see him, but not now; I will behold him, but not soon. A star will come out of Jacob, And a scepter+ will rise out of Israel. And he will certainly break apart the forehead of Moʹab And the skull of all the sons of tumult.
    Luke 24
    44 He then said to them: “These are my words that I spoke to you while I was yet with you, that all the things written about me in the Law of Moses and in the Prophets and Psalms must be fulfilled.”
    John 2
    18 Therefore, in response the Jews said to him: “What sign can you show us, since you are doing these things?” 19 Jesus replied to them: “Tear down this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” 20 The Jews then said: “This temple was built in 46 years, and will you raise it up in three days?”
    21 But he was talking about the temple of his body.
    Acts 5: 29-31
    29 In answer Peter and the other apostles said: “We must obey God as ruler rather than men.
    30 The God of our forefathers raised up Jesus, whom you killed, hanging him on a stake. 31 God exalted this one as Chief Agent and Savior to his right hand, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. 32 And we are witnesses of these matters, and so is the holy spirit, which God has given to those obeying him as ruler.”(John 15 : 26)

      There is nothing deceptive about my words. You talmudic double talk no longer works. You add your own interpretation which violates Deuteronomy 4:2.
      Old Covenant no longer exists. Old Covenant was destroyed in 70 AD with the Fall of Jerusalem and the second coming of Jesus Christ.

    It's simple what the differences are between those Religions and Streams.
    Messianic Jews are not the same as Christianity, because Christianity doesn't accept 'The Law of Moses' but 'The Law of The Gospels'. Messianic Jews and Jews believe both in the Law of Moses. Those differences were heavily disputed by Early Christians.

    • @samuelmithran5586

      @Евгений Ильин All of Jesus's disciples were jews who held on to pharaseeic beliefs. The followers of Jesus i.e. the first christians were jewish christians and his disciples were jews who believed in the divinity of Jesus. Christianity itself was once a sect within judaism until it broke away as a seperate religion. Peter and all other disciples were a part of a jewish movement that later became a seperate religion

      @Евгений Ильин yes they were christians but those days christians were a sect of jews within judaism not a seperate religion like we know today. the name christian for the followers of jesus was coined in antioch much later

    I've always agreed with Messianic Jews, because Jesus is very much the Messiah who has died for our sins. But Orthodox Jews have their own personal views as they are entitled too.

      You can talk about God all day long, but bring up Jesus and you can clear a room really fast. There is power in the name Jesus and it requires a response.

    As a Jew I resent very much those who don't respect my choice and feel they have to convince me to believe as they do. Someone raised as Jewish who believes Jesus is the Messiah, however, is not Jewish but Christian. This is one of the key beliefs that distinguish the two groups.

      No we are not Christians in fact we think that Christians also do not represent Jesus unbelievably even Jesus himself was against the concept of religions and we believe that there is no need for stupid religions based on coercion and superstitions God is love and religions like Christianity only cause division between people and even wars only Peace and love✌️

      That's false.
      To be a jew means to be ethnically from the kingdom of Judea, Tribe of Judah. It's not Bkut religion.
      Judaism is an ethnic religion, and Christianity started from Jewish basis.
      A jew who believes Jesus is the messiah, remains a Jew. No matter what.

    Believing in Yeshua as the Messiah is not a Christian thing, it's a Jewish thing and it's amazing how some of the Jews in Israel are missing this, you don't become a less of Jew when you accept Yeshua as the Messiah, in fact you become a completed Jew. The scripture says He came to His own and His own accepted Him not. It's amazing through Yeshua people from around the world come together to worship the God of Israel. I ask all Jews to read the New Testament, it was written by Jews for the Jewish people, the first Christians were Jews, it was the Jewish people that proclaimed to the world that Yeshua is the Messiah and so the world saw the truth and believed it. Shalom.
