One thing to help calm you down Concentrate on your heart rate, and concentrate on slowing it down. Once your heart feels slowed (it doesn't have to be too much slowed, just a tiny bit) you should be able to survive a few jumpscares
i agree i almost drowned 2 times at the pool when i was 8 i still have fear of deep spots in the pool (or any water substance that you can swim in ) and i don't know why i cant get over it (i am never going to the ocean / beach)
