I won the lottery jackpot myself, I am almost 50 years old and I’ve known in my heart that I was going to win a large amount of money from the lottery since I was 17 years old. I never didn’t believe it would happen and sure enough I won it just like I always knew. It’s the belief without any doubt that made it happen ❤❤

To anyone who struggles with negative self-talk. Allow me to share my story of how I overcame it.
Ever since I was a child, I spoke to myself pretty harshly. There was a lot of bullying in my household growing up, so it was pretty much ingrained in me to speak that way to myself. By the time I reached about 33 years old, it had gotten completely out of control. I was blind to it, as it was entirely normal for me to mentally abuse myself. It was bad. Well one day, as I was writing a to-do list, trying to be productive- and on that list I began addressing myself as, "lazy b**ch" and other horrible things. And about a week later, during an appointment with my therapist, I took the list out and proudly handed her the paper to show her that I had started making to-do lists. She was shocked. She asked, "Kara, how would you respond if one of your friends spoke to you this way?" I said, "I'd probably tell them to f**k off and wouldn't talk to them anymore." Then she asked, "Would you ever talk to someone this way?" I said, "Hell no." She said, then why are you talking to yourself that way? I responded with, "I don't know?" I was completely unaware of where it came from or how long I had been doing it. All I knew is that my life was a miserable disaster- pure hell. But those questions she asked me, and the way she asked them- altered the course of my life. It was one of those lightbulb moments- that I just had to figure out. It sparked my awakening. It took me a couple of years before I would catch myself doing it everytime. But only because I didn't make a conscious decision to start paying attention right away- I didn't realize how important it was. But once I really understood how important self-talk was, I didn't just let it go- I began to counteract it by responding to that inner-critic in a way that I would respond my own child or best friend if I heard them speak to themselves that way- with love, acceptance and patience. And through doing that, I connected to my higher-self, which took my awakening to a whole new level because I ended up experiencing Satori- because I was able to hear that still small voice tell me to let go and surrender. To this day, there is no doubt in my mind that the Divine was working through that therapist. Because it truly, truly changed my life. I no longer have clinical depression, generalized anxiety disorder and I don't struggle with ADHD. And it all began with changing my self-talk. 🐛🦋

Last I was feeling really bad, very negative and crying about my situation. I studied psychology, I read self-help books, attended webinars, workshops paid courses of relationships. I advice my friends and all them have a successful relationship and I just keep attracting people who just want to play games. I was very disappointed, discouraged and feel like a failure. I couldn’t raise my vibration. I just let feel the sadness and cried. I saw this video last night ,but I didn’t wanted to hear it. Thank God today I feel much better and now everything makes sense to me . I had to reached this bottom to become the new version of me. Thank you Brian!! Your work has helped me a lot. ❤🙏🏽
I am so happy you are feeling better after listening to Brian's podcast. I have been feeling the same way lately, crying about my situation, but I feel that since I started being a part of the group in the chat and listening to Brian speak...my life is slowly becoming something wonderful because I am seeing how all I have needed was to connect to source and continue to work on just being myself, no matter what.

I wanted to answer questions during the podcast but I was busy eating and then reciting affirmations along with Brian. My lunch was a salad with a beautifully ripe avacado, lettuce, dressing, carrots and leftover salmon teriyaki with veggies and rice.
I always have one or two words that I try to pay attention to. The more I hear these words the more I know I’m on the right path. Right now one of these words is Cultivate. It was said in this video 16 times! 🤯
