You actually dont need insurance to have teledoc. It is a way to make your life easier. Most people dont go to the doctor because they dont have insurance or dont have the time so teladoc is great way to get to get the medicine you need and gives you a discount on the medicine. Now if you have to have x rays and need to be looked at then teladoc will not be much help but if it a common cold or something that you already know you have then its great.
We have a lot of on demand doctors here in Sweden. It cost $20 at the most. One of them is free. In Sweden we don't have to think about insurance things. Really good apps, nice doctors. I spoked to the doctor for 35 minutes at my last visit. It doesn't matter how long we speak, it cost $ 20 at the most.
Could you do research on American Well $AMWL. I am curious how does American Well, compairs with $TDOC TeleDoc & Doctor on demand! It seems that American Well is a tech company and can do some diagnosis on line.
