these pipes are ordered from customcruisers , mounting them is very easy , remove the origanal exhaust , but just the mufflers , it should be 3 or 4 bolts . Easy accessable , then just slide em off , for mounting the pipes you fit the spacers delivered with the pipes , and adjust the bracket on the pipes , you might want to loosen the bolts from the exhaust by the bends just near the cilinders .
beautiful I just loved it. unfortunately I can't adapt an exhaust in my 125cc. We have a different model of intruder 125 here in brazil. what I see most is the people here installing 1 exhaust in each side of the motorcycle.
This makes fitting them easier , then when all is in place tighten nuts and bolts . And you're done , now for the mot part i cant help you . I dont live in england . Hope this was helpfull
Hi what year model is this bike I have a intruder and the back header pipe is welded to muffler,do you know where I can get a complete system like tis cheers
Hello I would like to know if you get any loss of power with these ? Which size did you use to fit the original pipe size on the Intruder 125 ? Are they easy to change ?
hi all, i hope some one can help me..... I've got a vl 125 also and looking at these for a beefier sound although.... I'm slightly confused with if i have to re jet the carb or do anything extra to the mechanics of the bike to assure safe riding and longevity of the engine ect? i wouldn't be carrying out the work myself but would like to know a little info so i at least half sound like i know what im talking about when i walk in to the garage! also due to where i live i will be purchasing the baffles (which i believe you can cut down to get your desired sound) so i don't piss the neighbours off. is it all as simple as it sounds? thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions!
Hi there, are these pipes legal in the UK? I have an Intruder 125 and want a beefier sound, and i've found some pipes on custom cruisers.com for £145 that ca nbe bought with extra baffles for MOT purposes. If these are legal, where can I buy them, how much, and how difficult is it to change the pipes over? Many thanks, Harry
I have the same bike and I bought some aftermarket pipes just like yours, but they are WAY too loud for city riding. I was wandering: is there a way to make the original pipes sound louder?
HDDchannel putting more steel wool would make it louder? Because I took the original exhaust off and it is stuffed with steel wool. Didn't you mean to say that I should take it out?
Absurde , inutile , c'est un 125 🤣 c'est une Suzuki 🤣 et il pense qu'on va croire que c'est une harley . Va passer ton permis et arrête ton cirque tu es puéril et ridicule .
May be a small CC bike, but I love that high revving V twin sound for some odd reason. Very satisfying.
Nicest sounding 125 I've seen :)

but are the exhaust pipes you inserted homologated?
They sound good at idle and at low speed - but do they whine at high (er) speeds ?
Hi, weißt du zufällig wo der Drehzahlbegrenzer bei der Intruder 125 ist?

the original exhaust on my bike was replaced by a straight out empty pipe. if i put it full of steel wool would it have enough back-pressure then?
Can these pipes be customized for a dragstar?

Ten Yolo No, there is no loss of power and easy to chance!

Try putting steel wool inside the muffler a little at a time untill noise level that you like is achieved.
th-cam.com/video/SXN3qqDifkg/w-d-xo.html Drilling holes in bike exhaust to make the original louder

xregizorx Yes, remove the steel wool
bet your neighbours love you
Is it possible for you to remake this video without the annoying music so we can actually hear what the pipes sound like before you changed them.
I remove the music, youtube is progessing the movie It may take a while for the video is processed
