Before anyone says "tHiS is MoRE thAn 2 iNgrEdiEnts", the boba is made with 2 ingredients -- ice cream and tapioca starch. The brown sugar syrup and milk is just for the drink because I'm not gonna just eat boba by the spoonful 😂 Recipe below!!👇

🎃RECIPE🎃
1. Scoop 1/3 cup of ice cream & let it melt on its own. To speed up the process, use a fork/chopstick to break up the ice cream.
2. Add 1 tbsp tapioca starch (no, there is no substitute, here is the one I use: amzn.to/3rSe966) and mix it in.
3. Microwave for 1 minute and stir. It should have a gooey texture as shown in the video.
4. Add 1/2 cup tapioca starch and mix in with a spoon. Gradually add tapioca starch (I add 1/4 cup first, decreasing amount each time) & knead it in.
5. Once you get a dough, roll them into boba balls and coat in tapioca starch so they don’t stick together.
6. Boil for 25 minutes and rinse off the excess starch in warm water.
7. Add the boba in a cup with some brown sugar syrup, ice, and milk or your drink of choice! 😋

Add tapioca starch to the ice cream then take that tapioca starch ice cream mixture and add more tapioca starch then cover in more tapioca starch then boil it in tapioca starch then serve in a glass of tapioca starch and then garnish with tapioca starch. Mmm tapioca starch yum 😋
