I have the Deskjet 3752. I also have the HP apps for the phone. I'm using Android 10 on OTG capable phones, connecting the phone to printer by USB. The HP apps don't recognize the printer when I tried to scan. Frequently it's the same with print attempts. The printer was used once when it was new several years ago and only recently tried to use it again. I don't have a computer anymore, just cellphones. The color ink shows as full and the black and white as half full, but the page was blank when trying to print with black ink. The color ink cartridge on best quality is faint gray. I manually cleaned the heads using warm water and damp paper towels and ink comes out but still not printing. Can't pull up the scan page on the HP apps because it won't find the printer when it's USB connected to the phone...

I can print my documents but it’s just a plain white paper that comes out ??? Do I need more ink or what is it ??

It needs new ink cartridges.

No you cant without the app it isn’t used as an optional choice
