This was helpful, thank you. First time learning about the extra money you need for the realtor and deposit. I always thought the 3 months rent a print was enough so good to know. Looking forward to the moving content

I like apartment #2. You can always add a curtain or something Infront of the glass for some added privacy or like a frosted glass type cover

Great video! The prices you listed for each property -- is that per month? Per 3 months? Cause if it's monthly that's way higher than I expected 👀 ...

The second one looks so nice! Im actually moving to Beijing, Wudakou area, so this helped me alot! Would you be able to tell me the name of the 2nd apartment complex? (just want to check commute from there to my school etc.)

Hi! I believe this one was in Huaqingjiayuan! Welcome to Beijing 😊

ooh I heard that huaqingjiayuan was a little worn down, but the one you showed in the video is actually really nice! I should check it out as well :D Thank you so much🥰

@@user-hj3sf9it8o yes it is worn down a lot. Actually most of the apartment buildings in the Wudaokou and Liudaokou neighborhoods are. However, I was always told not to judge an apartment by the building or the hallway lol because a lot of the actual apartments can be nicer on the inside due to landlord renovations.

I think the window in the bathroom was an attempt to get daylight into the bathroom but yeah... lol
