    Which apricot is better, lighter in color or reddish in color?

      See the colour of apricot depends on variety of factors, such as drying conditions, methods and also environmental factors. So quality can't be concluded by colour.
      And here best quality of apricot is "Khurmani", which is very sweeter in taste. And it's colour is sometimes orangish, light red, light brown and sometimes brown too.
      In video I have shown two broad varieties, the light brownish one is "Khurmani", as said in video, and the other one which is blackish in colour is called "chhuli" used for making Apricot Wine and Apricot Oil.
