I think the complaint is that with a support unit, you can't use the auto finish. I have no problem using support units and I do believe it's something everyone should get used to. But white knighting this ignores the very real complaint others have
Wisadel aint needed for like 80% of the content. The only right way to use her is like for hard endgame content. Yeah she makes those 20% easier but yeah that's all about it. Even in this annihilation u can just slap logos s1m3 and problem solved

And if you're a new player having trouble building your squad, starting with Wis'adel will literally take you far even with the most mediocre squad ever. And unlike Logos who needs mastery and module to be most efficient, Wis'adel doesn't require that much investment. Her skill 3 at rank 7 and no module is already insane.

So if you had og W on 200 trust, Walter will also have 200 trust right away Also, there's an interesting tip to the new players. If any of you guys just got both W and Walter, put both of them as base assistant and always bring 2 of em to any trust farms. That way you can get both W to 200 trust really fast!

For people with Lappland (Or any OP with consistent ranged Silence affliction), you can place her in front of where Cuora is facing the left and free up the Deployment slot that the Sniper would have needed. It seems like Silence affects the Jetpackers without changing their pathing, so one hit from Lappland and they just walk into the hole. Absolutely hilarious. Edit: Just tested it, and it seems Bind doesnt make them fall down, just keeps them still, so thats a slight L for Ines. Its negligible tho, since its extremely funny to place E2 Ines so her range covers both entrances and then watch the Traffic dudes run for their lives and get suckerpunched the moment they enter her range.
[Pretend this is a comment complaining about following your guide] Bring yourself Poncirus S2, and replace Myrtle with her (once everything setup, but before Wish-a-Foundation final activation), so you can pretend it's just a standard stage with slowed DP generation.
Thx, this helped a lot. Lucky to have my own Wis'adel which I made S3M3 asap, so I could borrow Thorn support as it was recommended here in discussion. First try of course I missed 2 enemies. I focused a lot on second (and still did some mistakes like instead of stop Wisadel skill put here away completely 😂) and finally finished this with 400 defeated, last step in weekly reward limit. At the end it was a lot about some improvisations, partially due to my mistakes partially due to how hard the end was.
Extremely helpful video, thank you! We don't have a leveled Ambusher, but we found Lappland works quite well in the same position. Her silence takes the jetpackers right out of the air. Thank you for the help!
If anybody got Mostima with the module, she will make all the jetpack enemies walk to their deaths. Just put her in place of click and she will do just fine
I don't think a lot of people have Walter with module currently, Luckily i got "potato mine W" last year off banner, so i was able to give her a module as she has 200 shared trust. i have more than 60 friends but everyone still has their trust at below 50% lmao. Also use skalter where the sniper is and its game over. Skalter even buffs the revanant spawns. For people who already pulled for Walter can take skalter from support unit to mitigate the lack of module if you guys don't have it.
Something interesting about this too is that when you for some reason encounter an issue with the flying enemies on the Top Left spawn point, you could bring Ines deploy her on one of the tiles and immediately retreat. The sentry that she leaves behind upon retreat can prevent 1 of them from flying entirely.

You can use thorns facing left, inetad of Ethan, and instead of defender, use any op that can do range attack, lords, agent, etc, and you'll be fine without Ethan or ascalon

Ik i'm a bit late, but if you have operator puzzle, the you can just use his s1 to hit any of the balls and in that way you'll have faster dp generation than with myrtle or any other flagbearer. SL7 for puzzle is preferable, but even on lower skill levels he'll still generate a ton of dp For most efficient dp farming with puzzle, deploy him with S1 on the "up" tile facing left, and he'll just generate dp without any other input
Why are ppl complaining about Walter? Ofc shes the easiest choice but its so easy to replace her, SPECIALLY in this specific anni. Typhoon, Mlynar, Chalter, Ascalon, Logos, or even a combo of laneholders and defenders.
I played this game at launch but was too dumb to do anything and didn't really understand the gacha system since it was one of my first gachas. Now i'm still too dumb for this game and still don't understand the gacha system at all but sometimes i wanna try it again
Just beat it with a slightly different squad (Pudding instead of Steward, Amiya w/module instead of Click) and a friend with Wis'adel and that particular skill. Hopefully I can get to a point where I can do so without playing with Wis, but damn is she good.

I actually didn't understand her second skill at all and thought it was useless because I interpreted it that she would fire ONLY 7 shots at 45% ATK, not that over the course of 20 seconds on her atk interval she'd fire 7 shots. I still kinda think it's useless because it's auto-activated instead of manual, but I can see where it might be useful. It could also be useful in Eccentricity as well, but you may have to be careful in timing when she's deployed and such to ensure her 2nd skill will be up as soon as the next wave comes. ('course, her 3rd skill IMO seems actually useless short of a boss gauntlet, but that's just me.)
If you force quit the game, before the Annihilation ends, it will refund all the sanity you spent and give no rewards. And it doesn't even cost a practice token. Force quitting an operation always counts as a complete failure, but a complete failure in Annihilation doesn't cost any sanity, so...

for people who have ascalon, if you have ascalon in the middle instead of ethan you can just afk

One of the extra slots i got texalter,her s3 stuns so she canbuy more time when needed and stun/kill the flying guys, a good way to deal with them.

problem is Logos S1 in support currently is pretty rare, i found more Wisadel than Logos, and most of Logos are S3M3 :(

So according to you, he should clear a stage that is definitely ment to be played at a later time, when we are supposed to have more built 6stars and he can't even use an 4 star at E2?
I would have atleast argued that with you if the entire squad was of E2 5star or even 4star, but the only E2 in the squad is Myrtle, a unit that does nothing except printing DP???
Also, another point to prove that you have NO idea what you are talking about, have NO idea about the game mechanics and are completely talking out of your ass, is that you don't even know that you NEED an E2 in squad to get an E2 from the friend support system.
I am greatly worried about you if you behave so immaturely with little to no information about something even in real life.
