Good video- thank you 🙏 I try to alway have at least half a tank of diesel and always fill up when I go past an Asda as they are the cheapest round us. I stocked up on the little gas canisters last spring. The more you buy the cheaper they get 👍 Love your colour changing light and the plant next to it xx
Gas is topped up, stock of disposable gas cans for the portable hob. At home I've just installed an offgrid solar setup to run my freezers full of homegrown veg, full log store.
I hadn’t even considered preparing but maybe now I will. One of the best things I purchased last year was a wool duvet from a company called baavet (they are in wales not sure where though) the duvet is really snug & allows me & partner to have the heating off during the night. If we did want extra warmth we also have a couple of fashy hot water bottles which don’t have the horrible smell I find others do!
kelly kettle and a good supply of pine cones as they act as excellent firelighters ,bbq bricks ,plus like you keeping all rechargeable lights and appliances topped up and always best to layer up with clothes when its cold
You have great ideas, keep on thinking about the big picture, august 2023 and due to others ( you know WHO they are ) wants to reduce your savings and money in money boxes, prices are higher still, and will get worse, the world is preparing why shouldn’t we? Thanks for your bongo lifestyle
I’d love to hear what you are doing to prepare. Are you stocking up your van? 🚐
Julie you have fired me into action! Thank you.
You’re welcome Jenny ☺️

Yes I keep my eye on the petrol prices locally and fill the tank at the cheapest. Thanks for commenting Emma 😊

Thank you. Sometimes I think I’m being negative thinking like this - other times it feels like common sense
Lets start to panic buy .
Did you have a full room full of toilet roll during the pandemic lol
This is not panic buying - this is prepping 😏
