Thank you! I'm definitely going to run these two again someday! The main problem is that Seviper's moveset is already quite constrained, despite it not being very good. I guess I could forgo Giga Drain after Dakim for something a bit more trolley since there aren’t a lot of Rock-types after him. I keep forgetting about Attract lol.
@@TritesGamingCorner While 100 isn't terrible, its still not great even if somehow max invested and nature boosted. As a result Seviper hilariously ends up working into a support niche to shut one side of the field down while Zangoose clears out the other. I don't remember if Seviper gets Helping Hand in gen 3 or not, but if it does you should be doing a lot more consistent KO's with the set up.
@@TritesGamingCorner Sad to hear Seviper couldn't clap its stubs until later generations, but that just means another moveslot for other support options or coverage as needed lol I look forward to seeing the rerun whenever it comes. Support Seviper has been my jam in gen 9, so it's exciting to hear it might get more attention one day.
This was such a creative run idea ngl.
If you do ever try this again, Bold or Calm Seviper with Glare and Attract might be a goofy way of revenge

Unfortunately it does not get Helping Hand, but having it more as a support might definitely work!

I'll dedicate some time to other pairs for now, but I am planning on making a 2nd run video eventually 😉
magma and electabuzz would be great for this challenge
Well, you’re in luck my friend! It’s the next one in Colosseum after Solrock and Lunatone.
