I’m so disabled that I’m unable to walk and my body is full of pain but I’m not going to get into taking pain medication. So I sit and watch your videos all day and night. You’re a great person for helping others by keeping their minds off the pain! The keys and doorknobs reminded me, back when a friend and I got into backyard metal casting, we talked to the local hardware stores that made keys, turns out, they end up with quite a few keys that don’t cut right, and would just go in the trash, so we left a coffee can with our phone number on it and labeled ‘bad keys’ and they would save the bad cuts for us and call when the can got full. Didn’t take long to get quite a bit of brass saved up that way!

Can split those little wall transformers and, sometimes, get decent copper out of them. I use an old chisel, a vice grips and linesmen pliers.
