I had enquired about this product few months back, you need 2.25 blocks for 1 sqft and the price for each block is 200 so it would be 450/sqft. These were once famous in usa and they are not anymore. Material and labour required to manufacture these blocks is extremly cheap but dont know why these guys say that they are importing these from Vietnam. Instead of paying them this ridiculous price get it manufactured from any local cement Windows manufacturer you will get it 1/5th of the cost.

Similar blocks in terracota is already available which is more eco-friendly as the same is made of mud. Cost not mentioned to compare with terracota blocks. Definitely suitable for outside partion walls and compund walls.

Can we mount doors and windows on it? For example, floor upwards we use breeze blocks for 3 feet - then mount an uPVC window on it - is that possible? Enough width? Will the groove be a problem?
These are imported products, hence very expensive. Cheaper Indian made alternative made of traditional cement that look almost the same as breeze blocks have been available in India since many generations. You will commonly find them used in veranda walls or parapet walls of old houses, schools and government hospitals. Smaller versions are used as ventilators in rooms of old houses. They have gone out of fashion now because they don't look very good and have limited usefulness. Wherever ventilation is required but security at the same time, MS grills look much better, provides better ventilation & security and is cost effective too. This is why they are so ubiquitous now. I don't think breeze blocks will see much traction in India. it's just an old product in new packaging and fancy marketing.
