This is a very hard thing to do. I remember when I played beach volleyball back in the 90's, I spent more time trying to communicate and find a partner , than actually playing. It is tough out there.
Imagin being a semi good player who landed the perfect partner who just fits your style and has the level to improve both of you! Then some x4 times Olympian just comes and YEET him.. Must be wierd to never really know if you have a partner tomorrow..
