I finally remembered to come back and tell you where the guy with the card skimming device is. It’s at 3:33:03 and he’s in a salmon colored shirt and he walks past you with a device that he has just put on his waist/side over his shirt. I think he’s trying to get cards that are being pulled out to pay at the jewelry counter. If you go back to when you first walk in the store at 3:32:24 he hands a bag to another guy and then he walks over to the jewelry counter area and puts that device on.
