To be honest, it would’ve been better if Randy just left Jake for his mean ways and called off their friendship for good
At the end, when Randy and Laura were reuniting, Jacob literally interrupted this moment at 14:09 by saying, "And am i the best friend ever?" That tells you that Jacob has not changed. All he cares about is himself. He's so selfish. He went this far to break up Randy's happy relationship just for a stupid hot boy summer! Like, if you were his best friend, you should've at least been proud and supportive towards Randy and his relationship instead of breaking it all up.
Also A REAL best friend wouldn't force Randy to do things he doesn't want to. He (Randy) CLEARLY didn't want to do "Hot Boy Summer."

Jake was very selfish. He couldn't be happy for Randy and his relationship with Laura, instead he wanted him to himself for some stupid Hot Boy Summer. Personally, I may not of forgiven that easily after a major backstab like that.

Be mature and get to know them beforehand through dating. The women I grew up with were married by 24 years old at the latest so were mature at a young age, which is good.
