Even thought VakifBank won but it show the weakness in the Turkish middle blockers of Vakifbank. They are physically and mentally slow. Credits to Minas in playing great defense, leading in both sets 1 and 2 till the crunch times. Well, this shows the strong mental of the Vakifbank, focusing in playing defense and leaving trust in Zhu for offense. However, they need to do better passing and service in playing the semifinal (and hopefully in the final vs Eczaci). Great decision of Minas coach to withdraw his key players in 3rd set (knowing that they can't be in top spot to play weaker team Praia instead of Eczaci) to conserve their energies for the next night match against Eczaci.
