Onemine is probably my favourite of the side characters. She is one of the only people who becomes Tadano’s friend first rather than becoming his friend through Komi. She is basically a female Tadano and sees Komi for what she is, a shy socially anxious girl, rather than some idol
The girl who was helping Tadano with the papers etc., Onehime, her name is basically like "Princess Older Sister", she's the perfect "older sister" character type, which is why she's supporting Komi and Tadano, like any good older sister would.
Onehime is a good person basically everyone's big sister. She also becomes the 2nd person to just about understand komi without the writing. And I'm not counting the hairstylist and family.

14:36 Onemine realized that Komi likes Tadano and that she get in between them. She's cool and mature. Second best girl in the show, for me.
