Introducing Mental Stability System, ambitious mod with a complex Sanity system that gets affected by player's actions and various in-game events. If your sanity gets bad enough, you will start hearing voices. The worse it gets, the more intense the voices will become.

Wish there were more variety of voicelines and perchance an option to turn off cussing and toogle what actions and events affect the insanity.
Overall neat concept would love to see this continue to expand.
Perhaps something like disco elysium perhaps.
