Use normal tap water, if it's not very hard ( salty, TDS above 200)...

Nice thought but as per my knowledge Colin is alcohol based cleaner (Alcohol Ethoxylate or something...) which is not good for regular use specially on windscreen...

You can you dishwasher liquid...great to use....no sedimentation
Firstly it sounded nice idea... But don't do it 🚫
Reason:
1) Dishwash is detergent which is harsh for windshield in long term
2) Dishwash is bad for car paint ( but good for tyre rim cleaning)
3) Dishwash may clog washer pipes over the time
