Mam in the repeat calender question we are assuming 2033 is leap year ... it based on any concept or just rendom that every leap year come after 4 years

No It is 24. The century year ( 100 th year) is to be divided by 400. And only if the remainder is zero then it is a leap year, here 100 is not divisible by 400. So the 100 th year is not leap year. That is why 24 leap year in one hundred years, nd not 25
