I find it weird people are so obsessed with talking about sexual orientation with kids who think the tooth ferry is real. They are far too young to have a teacher lecturing them on this. It also gives teachers way too much authority to push their personal views on kids, whether teachers are for it against it. Just stick to the actual curriculum and kids can talk about this stuff at home or with a school counselor.
Wouldn't this bill also PROTECT some children from say... a homophobic or hateful teacher? :o Would you want that teacher tutoring and discussing gender identity and orientation with children..?
