I imagine most people would be at least a little XD. Not only did he get near perfect potion options for that game state, he also resurrected Lyra with a taunt instead of let's say that Doomsayer he played early on in the game. I know I personally would be going "Are you kidding me?! Come On XD."

Dust all your old cards. I've spent zero on Mean Streets or Ungoro and had ~35k dust from disenchanting all of the old stuff. Plenty enough to build a wide variety of decks.

interestingly, the chance at getting Felfire from the Chemist and getting Devilsaur from the Amber are the same: 10%.
Out of the potions, Freezing and Blastcrystal keep you alive for another turn, while getting a taunt (or possibly Noggenfogger) from Amber also keep you alive.
The chance of getting a potion that wins or keeps you alive is 3/10 = 30%.
There are 4 taunts you can discover, and we can also count Devilsaur and Noggenfogger as outs.
The chance of getting something from Amber that wins or keeps you alive is 1 - ((24/30) * (23/29) * (22/28)) ~= 48%
Therefore, Free From Amber was actually the correct play. Please correct me if I made any mistakes :)
Free from amber has a lot more 8 minions while chemist has less and since how common it is to get felfire potion from the chemist I think the chemist was the better option.

Kabal chemist into blast crystal would've worked too (to stall for free from amber) so 1/3 chance of a decent outcome. Chemist would've been the better play I think.
HiggsBacon Kabul chemist has 30% stall/win but ffa has about 41% stall/win due to charge taunt and noggenfogger

Since I'm bored and procrastinating stats homework, here's the odds on that ending play
Win This Turn
Free from Amber = 10.7%
-cards that free from amber can summon = 29, cards that can win the game by the end of turn= charged devilsaur so 1/29+1/28+1./27= 10.7% chance of winning off of free from amber
kabal chemist = 10%
-possible poitions = 10, potions that win by end of turn=felfire potion so odds of winning by end of turn are 1/10 or 10% chance of winning
Live to next turn
free from amber = 42%
-cards that free from amber summons that don't win on current turn = 28, cards that let you live til next turn(assuming kolento doesn't topdeck swip or feral rage since I don't feel like counting the cards in his deck) = soggoth, primordial drake, giant mastodon, ozruk, and probably nog but since we're counting out topdecking lethal let's count out nog too to simplify things. So we have 4/28+4/27+4/26=44.5% chance of finding a taunt that would give a really solid shot at living.
-kolento topdecking swipe or feral rage
-cards left in deck= from the size of it I'd guess about 10, let's be generous, I don't want to count them all. lethal outs= 1 swipe and 2 feral rage= 30% chance of drawing lethal through a taunt from free from amber so 30% of 44.5% is 8% giving a total odds of living til next turn from free from amber = 44.5-8=36.5%.
kabal chemist = 22.2%
-potions that don't win by end of turn= 9, potions that give you another turn= blastcrystal and freeze so 2/9= 22.2% but both would put you out of range of kolento topdecking lethal
So basically what it looks like is that free from amber is not only the better option to win the turn you play it, but it also gives immensely greater odds of living to the next turn to roll on kabal chemist whereas kabal chemist gives worse chances for both winning the turn you play it and letting you live long enough to try rolling on free from amber. It's also worth noting that the odds for free from amber would've been substantially higher for both winning the turn you play it and living til the next turn.

Wait, was this on the EU server or the NA server? Because as far as I know, StanCifka and Kolento play on EU, while Kibler plays on NA.
Kibler never switches so must be NA.

Sometimes EU players play on NA and NA on EU (not sure whether that's for challenge, fun, or might help them earn more points if they get a better score on NA than they did on EU).

Jade Druid has been pretty non-existent since the expansion hit. See it every now and again, but not nearly as much. Which is nice.
Ikr. Everyone complains about a lot of decks, but jades and pirates have been by far the most annoying ones.

problem is: charged devilsaur cannot hit face on the turn it is summoned, the card falls under the new charge rule; so the 1/8 felfire potion was Kibler´s only out

1/10 chance to win from either Free from Amber (30 neutral minions that cost 8 or more, only one wins the game and you get three shots) or Kabal Chemist (Felfire Potion, though Freezing Potion technically helps) so it didn't actually matter which one you played.

kabal could give freezing potion, black crystal and felfire which is 3/10 and free from amber coul give charged devilsaur, primorial drake, giant mastodon, noggenfogger, ozruk, soggoth and maybe y-shaarj into taunt which is 7/30 so kabal has higher odds of given lethal or an extra turn
he didnt have a taunt so free from amber is 6/30 (0,2) and kabal is 3/10 (0.3)
Splaashed don't forget it's 3 options so it's 1 - 23/30 * 22/29 *21/28 which is about 41% which is better

kabal chemist was DEFINITELY the best choice because if you didn't win on the spot with that warlock boardclear you could have saved yourself one more turn with the blastcrystal/freezing potion, so you could have tried with free from amber the next turn :)
Not sure if you can get class specific minion from FFA but i you can King Krush and Al Akir where another 2 outs :)
lordemon ffa had better odds of taunt/ win due to the 3 options; math works out to about 41% ffa versus 30% kabal
cabal chemist could also get freezing potion and blastcrystal which could both win him another turn
Erik S ffa gives a better chance to win/survive through the power of math (about 40% vs 20%)

You can't get grom because your not playing warrior right? That's how discover works, you can't get cards from outside your class unless it specifies.
Kibler made a massive mistake at the end, he went for the very unlikely charged devilsaur roll against the kabal chemist for felfire.
