I also recently converted to paperback books after being a hardcover defender for the longest time. I prefer the comfort of it and I find I like the look better on the shelf!
Nice shelves! For myself, I prefer getting solid wood bookcases. It does take some time but I now have three really nice bookcases. Between my husband and myself, we are going to need about five or six more.
Ahhh thank you! I might be moving soon, so I think solid wood may be in my future. The dream is definitely to have a library with floor to ceiling bookcases one day 🥹
