我本人學習太極己有2O多年,據我認知,這是最基本的打法,招式無錯,但冇用内功心法去打,太極切記雙重,力在下盤,先鬆後動,腰帶手脚,上下雙隨,還有很多很多的心法未用上,最後這算是太極操,適合一盤初學者的啟發,如無再探入研究,那就浪費了太極拳真正意思。
玩太極拳時就是平恆,与力學有關係的,以上只是最簡單的個人意見,敬請各位參考者勿見怪,只因我覺得全心玩太極,對身體健康有绝大幫助。
