Please do a video or update about the progress on the ring road from zuzuvadi to perandapalli thorough bagalur road, which was is stop condition for long period and now started progressing again. That will be one great connectivity for IT park, without getting affected by GRT area traffic.

Yes, only ground level design is somewhat ok. But wholly the structure is useless. Waste of public money. Best option in 2000 was to acquire the land opposite to the busstand. Then make two bus stand opposite to each other one towards Chennai and one towards Bangalore, connected by a smooth ramped overbridge for public to move. Hosur has a huge demand for boarding, so best option would have been to keep 1st floor and above as a 2 star and 3 star. Fully sound proofed and air conditioned lodging. New busstand at one side of the highway is a useless design. Again you need to build grade seperator and 5 more years of traffic jam. Same like koyambedu, after all suffering and pains, finally the bus stand is shunted out. Best advise is to keep a seperate bay for bus plying towards Bangalore which is point to point and will go directly to major areas, this scheme will avoid bus change over at Bangalore bus terminus and will save lot of time to general public. This will attract buses to terminate at hosur instead of plying to Bangalore (save on Karnataka state tax). Bus stand must be like airport fully with AC ( air handling unit), also the bus stand and platforms must be access controlled. Most important issue is commuters walking on tarmac which must be 100% avoided using access control. This will help buses to come in and out easily. Bus stand can be in atleast two levels one for arrival and one for departures. This will avoid mad opposing commuter rush. The movement of public must be assisted fully with travelators, escalators and lifts like in metro station. Designer must plan for metro integration and future airport automate shuttle integration. Drop points for taxi, private vehicles, goods vehicles, service vehicles, stand for 3 wheelers, 2 wheelers, prepaid centres, emergency services like fire, ambulance and traffic must be integrated. There must be a vast 2 wheelers and 4 wheeler paid parking area. If these are done, TN can take most of the long distance travel out from Bangalore and financially benefit from it and make hosur a new hub. Airport project can be delayed if the Bus stand project is correctly done, as it will be fully owned project of state government and state can benefit very much. Most important is passenger information signage and live status report of the services. And there must be fully transparent Accounting system with live display on how the project cost is being recovered for each payments done by public within this campus. Last but not the least, Drinking water , bath rooms and toilets will decide whether the project is successful are not. It high time these are privatised for which revenue is collected from the bus operators. Also the Bus bays must be monetised, charges must be levied for entrance, time within the campus and for the actual usage of the platform. This way unnessary holding patterns will be avoided. Breath analysers, x ray machines, roit control, ptz cctv etc., must be included to keep the busstand safe. Integrated police station. Customer care for people with special needs, patients, women, seniors, children, infants, etc must be included. Must include services like foreign exchange, bank, atm, TN product promotions, hotels, snack bar, cafes, entertainment zones for kids , mini theaters for public, waiting halls, dormitory, etc etc.,
