- Video footage taken on June 22 shows OriHime, a 120-centimeter-tall remote-controlled robot, waiting tables at a newly opened café in Tokyo’s Nihombashi district. Developed by startup Ory Laboratories Inc., the robot can communicate through microphones, screens and an attached tablet, even conveying the voice of a “pilot” who operates it at home or elsewhere. The whole system is meant to aid those who have trouble moving integrate into society. (Shiro Nishihata)

これは難病で寝たきりだったり、体を動かせない人が遠隔操作で働けるカフェなんですよ
ロボットではなく、人の役に立ちたいと願う難病の人たちが活躍できるところがこのカフェのすごさなんです！
