so this probably isn't her secret, but theres a cool brand called overtone and they make color depositing conditioners, and they're great. you can also add dye to your conditioner if you don't want to or aren't in the spot to be able to spend money so that you're still adding some back any time you wash your hair

I’m embarrassed by the amount of hours I sleep, and you sharing that you sleep 16 hours a day and can’t gain weight are two things I didn’t realize could be related to Eds/pots. (Also the “coming weird” thing you shared in another video.) I also feel extremely weird when people compliment how skinny I am. Anyway, thanks for sharing these things.
