Recipe and ingredients:
Place a tablespoon of chickpeas in a glass jar.
1 tablespoon of white rice.
200ml of water.
Close the jar and let the chickpeas and rice soak well overnight.
After soaking the rice and chickpeas overnight (12 hours).
Blend the mixture with a hand mixer.
Strain through a sieve or cloth.
Put on the stove over low heat.
If you get a heavier mixture than before, turn off the heat.
Divide the mixture into 2 parts.
Let's prepare the first cream.
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
1 teaspoon macadamia oil.
1 teaspoon grapeseed oil.
1 vitamin E capsule.
Mix all ingredients very well.
Let's prepare the second cream.
Choose the combination that best suits your skin.
Add 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel.
1 teaspoon avocado oil.
1 vitamin E capsule.
Mix all ingredients very well.
❗❗❗ Do an allergy test before use! Apply to a small area on the inside of the hand and wait 30 minutes.

Misturar e repousar por 12hrs em vidro fechado. Liquidificar, coar e adensar em fogo baixo, mexendo sempre, em ponto de creme mole. Dividir em duas tigelinhas de vidro. Rice, has been used by East Asians on skin. Their skin has been known worldwide to be so perfect like a doll's skin.
Chickpea flour has been used in South Asia, to prepare the bride and groom for their wedding day.
Chickpeas contain a natrual plant estrogen.
A lot of women in their menopausal age, take estrogen injections to reverse aging.
This recipe is really good. But I'm lazy! lol
So I'd rather buy rice flour, and chickpea flour mix them up and keep it in an airtight container.
Whenever I want to use this mask, I'll just add honey and vitamin e oil.
However way you use this mask, pick a day in the week where you apply this all over your body.
Especially the neck, chest hands and feet.
The skin on these areas are thinner and age faster so they need extra TLC!

Hola Rosa, el aceite de macadamia, debería de haber en las tiendas de herboristeria. Todavía no la compré.. pero en la tienda que solía ir, encontraba de todo: aceite de rosa mosqueta, aceite de argan...es sólo buscar en tu ciudad, barrio, productos naturales...una tienda seria. Abrazo.
