Outside is always rough. Make sure you use qualatex balloons they def are the best for shine however the sun always dulls out balloons no matter what you do. My advice is to use pearlized balloons if possible on your piece as well as balloon shine. Balloon shine works really well but its a little laborious because you need to rub down each individual balloon with it. Hope that helps and thanks for watching my vids.
